Unwrap a winter wonderland during your visit to Walt Disney World this Christmas season. Disney World’s Christmas celebrations combine festive traditions with modern merriment creating an engaging event for holiday revelers. The seasonal celebrations begin November 8, 2018.
This year, Disney World’s Christmas celebrations include dazzling magic across all four parks.
The entire Magic Kingdom is swathed in holiday sparkle with festive wreaths, bows, garland, sparkling lights, parades, and towering Christmas trees.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party once again provides joyous holiday fun for visitors this season. The after-hours ticketed event begins at 7:00 pm on select nights. This magical party immerses guests in a winter wonderland of holiday offerings such as stage shows, fireworks, and a whimsical holiday parade. Be on the lookout for snowfall on Main Street U.S.A., too. It’s a holiday highlight for sure!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is available in 2018 on:
November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 25, 27 and 29
December 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 21
Holiday entertainment throughout Magic Kingdom includes the “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration” show at Cinderella’s Castle. Mickey and all his friends are waiting to enjoy Disney World’s Christmas celebrations with you, so join them!
Another epic holiday performance is “A Frozen Holiday Wish” featuring all of your favorite characters from the hit movie, Frozen. You’ll watch in awe as Cinderella’s Castle transforms thanks to Queen Elsa’s powers!
Over in Tomorrowland, they’re throwing an out-of-this-world Christmas party. Hosted by Haley Comet, this intergalactic holiday party features Mike Wazowski, Stich, Buzz Lightyear, and more.
Plus, you can’t miss Holiday Wishes! End your night in Magic Kingdom with a holiday fireworks spectacular over Cinderella Castle. Trust us, you don’t want to miss it!
Each holiday season, Epcot invites guests to experience traditions from around the world. Storytellers, meet and greets with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a nightly presentation of “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” add to the fun. Don’t forget to sample food from across the globe at Epcot’s Holiday Kitchens, too! The holiday celebrations are available with valid park admission from November 18 to December 30, 2018.
Also, the Candlelight Processional at Epcot is a timeless holiday traditions. The performance combines seasonal music with a moving reading of the Christmas story by a celebrity narrator, accompanied by a mass choir and a 50-piece live orchestra. A few of this year’s celebrity narrators include Chita Rivera, Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Jodi Benson, and Cal Ripken, Jr. The Candlelight Processional is presented November 22 through December 30 at 5:00 pm, 6:45 pm, and 8:00 pm at America Gardens Theater on select nights. While separate tickets are not required, guaranteed seating can be acquired by purchasing a holiday dining package.
Other celebrations at Epcot include live gospel music performances and characters dressed in their holiday best.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Another of Disney World’s Christmas celebrations is at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Walk through Sunset Boulevard in awe at the whimsical Christmas decor on everything from the lamp posts to the top of Hollywood Tower of Terror.
Then, from November 6 to January 6, 2019, watch the new fireworks show “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” The impressive fireworks display stars the characters from ABC’s Prep & Landing as they search for Santa Claus, who’s gone missing.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Celebrate Christmas safari style at the Animal Kingdom. Join Mickey and Minnie Mouse at Adventurer’s Outpost for a special photo opportunity. Dressed in their holiday best, these souvenirs shots are ideal for Christmas cards and gifts.
And, guests can learn about Diwali, the holiday festival of lights in India, from November 8, 2018 to January 1, 2019 in a special version of the “UP! A Great Bird Adventure” show.
