"Speedy fun"
October, 2018
So we purched the tickets online to save time. When we got there we ended up having to go to another building to get our tickets and return. They were real busy and we ended being there about 3 hours. It was alot of fun and we will definitely go back.

"Lots of fun if you like "the fast ones""

We chose this attraction because my husband loves go-carts! My husband absolutely loved that these were much faster than the typical go cart. The staff was very good about enforcing the rules to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience.

"Completely unorganized"

Very long wait times. Lots of time standing in line with no cars on the track. Didn't seem to be enough help, but I am not sure that would have helped. Several cars were broken or broke down during races. I felt bad for the guys there trying to get the races going. Would have been a much better experience with some organization and more help.

"Fast carts but lacked organizational skills"

Carts were fast. Kids loved that. The organizational skills and lack of safety concern was odd due to the fast carts. Lack slowing down coming into pits that was dangerous. All in all though fastest carts in the area.

"Worst customer service! Unsafe for patrons as well as their workers! Tourist Trap! Don’t waste your Money!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

DO Not Waste your money!!!!! This place was so so lacking on so many measures. We had a very large group 18 for the fast cars and 5 for the younger track. On the younger track they only had one worker to man the track. There were no caution flags or caution lights when a car spun out that one worker went to help a driver when they got stuck. So other than parents screaming for the others to slow down while the worker helped the stuck car that was all the safety measurements they had. Needless to say I saw the worker get hit because there was no way the drivers saw us screaming to slow down. Manny, who we assumed was the manager was an incompatent employee who did not care about safety. When it was brought up to him that we had concerns with the lack of safety measures they had as well as the lack of staff and to limit the number of kids and adults on the track he told us frankly he would not split the group and would not do it - he also stated that they did not have flags and that was it! There is no customer service no care for safety and seriously all they care about is taking your money. Finally after an hour two other workers on the larger track did let the kids go first. This track had a tricky area that if too many get bunch up in one area it could lead to potential wrecks. We unfortunately paid for two rides each 18!(mind you at over $24 a person- not chump change) and there if no refunds according to the signs...and so “the manager Manny” had all our party of 18 on the final ride. Sure enough multiple wrecks multiple times happened because of no safety precautions only two workers now on the track employees and customers in multiple dangerous situations. One employee still limping on the track because he had to stay because Manny could not come out of the office long enough to help on track even though there was another worker inside tAking care of the desk. Ridiculous!!! Don’t waste your money. By the way Manny or any other worker could not give us upper management number or corporate number because hey don’t have it???
