"Great communal areas in hotel"
February, 2019
Hotel communal areas were up to Disney par. Pool was warm and clean. The restaurant upstairs was great and breakfast was perfect. The rooms were a little dark and shabby. Not spacious but you get what you pay for. What i was really upset about were the buses to the parks. Never on time. Even the first out in the morning at 7am was an hour late. And they don’t drop you at magic kingdom they take you to the ticketing center. So make sure you plam ample time if you want to make those magic hours.

Perfect from arrival to departure, starting with professional valet. We were in the older section, and the rooms were excellent. I felt like a king.

Thank you,

"Best vacation ever"
May, 2018
This was the perfect vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the reservations and plans were simple to make. The hotel is nice and close to Disney parks and the shuttle service is convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

Tip: The hotel walls are thin so you may hear your neighbors. Even though we were going to sleep early due to long days at the parks, it didn’t bother us too much. Just be conscious of your tv volume at night

Customer service was excellent, but the hotel itself.. It wasn't the nicest. I would have expected more from a Disney hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

"Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs"

our stay @ this resort was great however was not what we thought of being close to Sea World and for that we couldn't utilize any of the great things it offered upon arrival and paying $97 more on top of our cost for the stay because the trams only went to Disney Springs and Disney Theme Parks. So for the Cost of the whole stay and the cost of travels back and forth we would not be interested in future stays here.

"Orlando <3"
June, 2016
I used 'Reserve Orlando' for our trip. Those people were very accommodating as I had bumped up our free hotel to a nicer situation. We were so glad we did with WG.
I brought my son and my mother.
I was nervous not having a tower room that we would lack in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. We didn't lack for anything at all. We chose not to have housekeeping for the week we stayed and they politely left out rooms alone and offered us replacement towels when we intercepted the cleaning cart in the morning and whatever else within reason we desired. We were off-site for all of our meals mostly but we did have delivered pizza one late night from their own offered account; you can find the Dominoes stand downstairs. Simple! Cheap!
We were in the large pool a few times and I advise you to shower immediately after as my son developed a leg rash when being in the pool too long. The bar at the pool is lovely treat and the French fries are a yummy snack.
When we return we will use this same vaca plan again. Windham Gardens is a great alternative and though not extremely posh, (depending on your situation) it's very clean and the people are wonderful. It was a for for us.
Note: upon returning from Animal Disney park late at night, you will have to take a left and walk to the bus. It usually is parked a few rows in, in front of the white tent. Difficult as the staff we talked with at WG do not know how to describe this. But not unresolvable.
You will enjoy your stay, don't be too picky and rigid, enjoy the quirks (there are very few), then you'll be amazed at all you get for your money.
Yes, you're spending a bunch in this whole experience, but the memories are worth it.

"If Cold Showers Are Your Thing Then Stay Here!"

For starters, I've stayed at Wyndham properties before and I've never had a bad experience at any of them until now. I brought my family to Disney World on a spur of the moment Disney trip since our two elementary school aged children were out on spring break. We had checked in on Wednesday afternoon and got a room almost right away. The check-in associate, Veronica (I believe that's her name) gave great customer service and checked us in quickly. It wasn't until later on that night when me, my wife, and my now two thoroughly exhausted kids returned from the parks to get ready for bed when we found out the shower in the room wasn't working. So, I went down to the front desk to explain the no hot water situation and was told that we had to vacate our room because engineering won't come up. So, we did. We wound up hunkering down in the lobby for an hour when we checked on the status of the hot water situation. I was told that someone at the front desk would call me (we were in the lobby about 5 feet away sitting on the couches) when the room was ready. Knowing that my kids were tired, we just went back up to the room, did the quick sponge bath thing and went to bed. The next morning, I went down to the front desk to explain to the manager that there's a certain level of expectation when a customer checks in to a hotel. The manager, at first kind of gave me an, "I don't care" attitude and then asked if we were headed to the parks. I told him we were headed to the Magic Kingdom and we left. At about 1:30pm, I received a call from the manager saying that engineering was going to fix the shower and would credit us for the night stay. This was fine, but of course, I was still annoyed over the fact there was no hot water. After a long day at the park and dinner at the Hoop-Dee-Doo-Revue Show (45 year old dinner theater...this is a good time!) at Fort Wilderness Pioneer Hall, we came back to the room and managed to take lukewarm to almost hot showers. Since we were checking out the next morning, I was just looking forward to getting back home and taking a hot shower. It's unfortunate that I went from a pleasant experience with Veronica at the front desk to a room that partially worked with the water situation, broken remote (whatever.....we didn't do much TV watching), and an A/C system that sounds like a freight train is rolling through your room, the best part of this whole experience was when I asked for the receipt and hightailed it out of here with the family. Don't expect to see us checking back in here any time soon. We'll be at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista across the street. I stayed there for a week a couple of years ago and had a great experience the whole time I was there.

Beautiful hotel on Hotel Road across from Disney Springs! Staff could not do enough to help you! Room on 17th floor overlooked the pool and lake. Bar, signature coffees and snacks on lobby floor in addition to souvenir store. They do charge $20 per day for parking but Disney charges also. They have a free shuttle bus to the parks! Only negative if staying on side facing lake music from down below can be heard in room. Luckily at 11PM they stop the music. If you have children who are light sleepers this could be a problem.

Great! I am glad I chose this hotel because it is close to Disney spring and if no more shuttle from Disney world to hotel, u can go to any Disney resort/hotel and they can give u shuttle back to Disney spring and walk back to the hotel. The only think I didn’t rate this hotel to excellent because it kind sucks for my little ones that no Disney Junior channel available to watch at the TV!

"Very good experience and great location!!!"

We stayed at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista for 5 days. We stayed in one of the Disney view tower rooms. I highly recommend them as we could see the fireworks from the room every night. Room was very clean but basic, but no complaints about the room at all. Service at the hotel is solid. The pool area was very good, but no poolside service, you had to go up to bar to get food/drinks. Not a big deal. The pool itself was great! Character breakfast was fun, but the food not so great. Ordered room service for dinner once, that food was just ok. The proximity to Disney Spring was excellent. We literally had a 6 minute walk to get there. Bus service to parks was fine. To sum up, this is a very good property, great pool, great location, solid rooms (get the Disney tower view) and service. The only downside for us was the food, and there are plenty of good places to eat close by. I highly recommend it.

I am a repeated guest. I came back as the service and hotel is pleasant and comfortable. But 1 gentlemen stood out this time, Mick with the valet service. Upon arrival, his service was delightful. We left a couple of times and both leaving and returning we received the same courtesty. Keep up the great work and don't ever let someone's bad day make you loose your carisma, Mick.
