We enjoyed our When Harry met Sally tour and Benji was entertaining and knowledgeable. Great way to see the upper side of the City too. I will say- make a note that when you stop at Cafe Lola be sure to have cash if you don’t want to spend more than $10 on a pastry. Also, the workers were highly annoyed with our group because we created a line inside the restaurant verses out side on the stairs. Cafe Lola was neat but customer service was less to be desired.

Disclaimer: I'm not a diehard Sex in the City fan. I enjoy the show, but never watched it religiously (or cultishly) like many who were on the tour. But even as a general enthusiast (and a male), I would highly recommend this tour and was entertained from start to finish. Our guide, Elyse, was an encyclopedia of Sex in the City info. Almost scary how much she knows - but maybe that's common of true devotees? Anyhow, she was ridiculously fun. Witty. Energetic. And injected the perfect amount of crude banter that mirrored the humor on the show. All in all - it was a great afternoon. I've never taken a bus tour, but this was a ton of fun and added nice spin to seeing some iconic NY sites.

I was not sure how this tour would go, but I LOVED IT! If you are a fan of the show, this is the perfect tour for you. Air conditioned bus with bathroom, all the main sights from the show, and a great, enthusiastic tour guide. The tour does a great job of showing you a clip from the show, and then you see the location in real life. It helps jog your memory, and shows you how TV can make things look so different. Definitely recommend for all fans of the show.

We had a fantastic time on the Sex & the City Bus Tour with On Location Tours. Our tour guide, Elyse, was fantastic and made sure that we had a wonderful time. There was a healthy balance between riding on the bus and getting off to explore. Would highly recommend for a bachelorette weekend in NYC.

Frequently Asked Questions about When Harry Met Seinfeld Tour

Where does the tour start and end?
This tour starts and ends at 55th Street between 8th Ave & Broadway

Are we on the bus the whole tour?
Absolutely not. The tour takes place on a coach bus since the locations are spread out. But we get off the bus at a number of locations along the way, giving you the opportunity to experience the locations and take pictures. Whenever you leave the bus, it is with the tour guide. The tour includes a mix of on-the-bus viewings of locations and stops to get off the bus to explore, all woven into the story of how they relate to the TV shows and movies that have portrayed them.

Is this a good sightseeing tour?
Yes. The tour travels through much of Uptown Manhattan while highlighting the specific TV and movie locations that are the tour's focus. As a result, families and friends often find this tour an ideal way to tour the city. While the tour does not visit such Manhattan landmarks as the Statue of Liberty or Empire State Building, you will be visiting areas such as Upper West Side, Central Park and Upper East Side.

Should I tip the tour guide?
Gratuities are not included in the price of the tour ticket. A tip for exemplary service is always appreciated, but never required.

Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

The tour is conducted on a closed coach bus. It is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.

Is there assigned seating on the bus?
Seating is first come, first serve. If you have a number of people in your party that want to sit together, you should make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early. Guests that arrive late or right at the starting time are much more likely to have to split up their group.

We make our best efforts to accommodate requests with less than 48 hours notice. The wheelchair lifts can accommodate up to approximately 600 pounds total; manual wheelchairs are recommended for this reason. Most buses are equipped with on-board restrooms. Buses are not equipped with lap or shoulder belts or harnesses. However, If you will be using a fold-up wheelchair and will be traveling with someone who can provide assistance on and off the bus, you do not need to inform us ahead of time as all of our buses have room in the luggage compartment to store it.

Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes. While photography and filming are not allowed on the bus portion of the tour, there are some great spots for taking photos and video at our numerous stops along the way.

Can I take a stroller or luggage on the tour?
