Room was very clean and comfortable. Good location within Universal Studios park. Typical of all resort hotels on campus it was pricey and charged for parking to a captive audience. Prices at restaurants and lounges were expensive bring your own food if you have children

We had a fantastic stay. Very easy to get around from the resort to both the universal resorts and city walk. We loved Harry Potter world! The pool and bar at the resort were fantastic. It was a bit cold for swimming but the water was heated. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The employees really cared about each customer - outstanding service! Great food and drinks at Strong Water Tavern - the bartenders were excellent, especially Ashley! Great to be able to take a quick water taxi to CityWalk and the parks. Awesome bar by the hot tub and pool! Overall I was very satisfied with my stay!

After a long day of work and travel, Jenna at check-in was a warm welcome to vacation, knowing our trip/room needs before we did, and doing this all with a great attitude at 10:30 p.m. The bedding was wonderful, and the room service options were delicious. Courteous staff and ease of access to Universal resort via water taxi will likely make this our home base for future Universal vacations.
