Lines were easier to get through than at Disney world. Loved the option to purchase drinking cup to be able to refill on our own at spots around the park. Keeps from waiting in Long lines for a drink. Grandkids loved the play place, giving the adults time to rest a bit while they played.

"Well organized and great rides"

We enjoyed the park but would have liked access to fast passes without having to pay exorbitant prices. The Memory Maker photo option was great and we enjoyed the extra photo spots. Very easy to use. The crowds became too much in the afternoon.

"Awesome place to visit"

I was totally overwhelmed before I walked officially into the park. When I walked past the Universal water display in front of the park to walking under the arches of Universal Studios I was even more overwhelmed. There is so much to see..I hardly knew where to start. My goal however was to head straight to London find the bricks and tap my way into Diagon Alley. It was so wonderful walking through and seeing the stores and the dragon on top of Gringott’s Bank. Ollivander’s was the first thing on the list before breakfast, then it was off to The Leaky Cauldron. The trip was full of Harry Potter experience. train rides, goblins and a visit to the Knight Bus and talking to the Shrunken Head. I can’t wait to go back again and see even more.

The fast passes are a must to enjoy the park. If not you are waiting in line the whole time. The Hulk is a must ride. Jurassic Park is fun for the whole family. Bring ponchos. King Kong is a show stopper but had many glitches. My 9 year old loved Dr Seuss land.
