"Terrible hotel!!!"

Had a terrible experience at TI! Rude staff, bad customer service, run down, and no respect for guest privacy. Even with a do not disturb sign, maid service will barge in to your room without knocking at 7:00 at night and hold the door wide open while your undressed and screaming to close the door. Front desk issued no apology and simply said with an attitude "well we can tell them not to clean your room". After all that I decided to give them another chance and booked them through southwest vacation. We had terrible weather and all flights grounded. If that wasnt bad enough TI said it was not there problem and they could not issue any credit or refund PERIOD! Think twice before booking here!

"Another Great Stay"

We have been to TI on several occasions, usually every 2 years we make a pilgrimage to LV and TI is where we stay. We have always been happy with the rooms and casino and like the location. However, recent reviews made me wonder if it had been in decline. Well, I have to say, I am happy to report that it is not in decline! We had a basic deluxe room. We have had different rooms and views over time and never a bad one. The basic deluxe meets our needs. This time we had a beautiful classic view down the strip and at night we could see Eiffel Tower light show, the High Roller light show and the Mirage volcano! The rooms have been refreshed with newer version of beddings, chairs and lights. The lamps all had USB ports, so we never had to use any adaptors and could recharge at our bedsides. The furniture continues to be dark. But, I like this as when the curtain is drawn, it is nice and cosy. The bathroom was in excellent repair and the carpets clean and fresh. I personally love the tub, it is a bit shorter in length and has a reclining back which makes soaking my 5 ft 2 inch frame in the tub while reading a book, perfect. There is plenty of storage space, a nice size safe and a fridge. There are a variety of places to eat. We ate in a few, but we usually did our eating out and about as we were going from place to place. A few years back, a CVS store was added to the hotel and I love it. Just a few steps downstairs to get some bits and places. We found the slots no better and no worse from the other casinos. It is a darker casino with lower ceilings (a little more old school). But, this doesn’t bother us. On the casino floor, they have started removing the carpets in the thoroughfares to wood flooring which looks nice and better for keeping clean. The cocktail waitresses were around. There are not as many as there were 15 yrs ago, but no less than there was 2 yrs ago. I never felt I was dying for a drink and didn’t get one. The staff were all nice and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Yeah, the rooms aren't perfect, but for the price I was very pleased. We paid a total of $100 due to a promo of no resort tax fees. Were in Vegas for one night for a concert and Treasure Island was near the venue and other things we wanted to see on the strip. The free parking garage and convenience of the parking garage are definite pluses. I would stay here again.

The rooms are spacious but outdated. We are staying in a room adjacent to another with an interior door. I can hear everything our neighbors are saying. Feels like sharing a room with strangers. Beds are comfortable.

5th time in Vegas, 1st time at TIH, great location on the strip. Room was good. Hallway stunk of something? Maybe coming from ventilation in halls. Room clean except for under bed, at the headboard. Likely never been vacuumed.
