We absolutely love staying at this hotel we plan on staying there again we've actually started saving for next trip the hotel staff was extremely nice very courteous the rooms were impeccably clean and the maid service was extremely thorough I couldn't find it dirt anywhere the hotel's location was in a great spot as well it was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge within walking distance of the islands and several shopping complexes as well as it had an amazing restaurant in the same parking lot and a Cracker Barrel right across the street me and my husband are both smokers and they actually have a smoking section in the hotel so people don't have to linger outside at their cars it's very nice I really enjoyed my stay and my husband was actually impressed with the hotel which says a lot cuz it takes a lot to impress him overall I would give this hotel 9 out of 10 the only reason why I would give it a nine there not a pet-friendly Hotel

"Not Horrible"
May, 2018
We checked into our room and opened out the pull out bed that our toddler son was going to sleep in and found dirty clothes. After going to the front desk we were moved to another room on the same floor. While this room was cleaner then the previous room it was outdated and could definitely use some TLC and updates. There were two microwaves in the room, apparently because the over the range one was not working. We didn't try using the other one. We actually only used the frig in our room and none of the other appliances. The shower/tub didnt have a drain plug so we ended up just giving our toddler sponge bathes and washed his hair with a plastic cup, but probably wouldn't have wanted him sitting in the tub anyways. The bed was supposed to be a queen but was actually a double and not very comfortable. The mattress on the pull out was very thin, but didn't seem to bother our toddler (I don't think a larger kid would have been comfortable sleeping on it.)

The indoor pool was AWESOME and it has a water slide. The Wood Grill Buffet outside of the lodge was very good (only had breakfast there) and it was reasonably priced. The location is great for attractions just a short drive to everything, and a trolley stop right outside.

Overall this place could use a little updating, but it was decent for the price. We would stay again

"AWFUL"
April, 2018
Shower Curtain was moldy all along the bottom. Toilet did not flush properly, had to hold it down for it to completely flush. Had shampoo, but no conditioner, called front desk and asked if they had some to use that night and she said no walk across the street to CVS. Bath towels were not changed out the first day. Had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and the lady at the desk was not nice at all, it really seemed to bother her that I needed clean towels. Towels are so thin you can see through them and very rough to the touch. The outdoor pool is absolutely disgusting, I totally get that you do not use those pools anymore because of your new indoor water area, but either drain the pools, cover them, or keep them clean. The water was disgusting and covered in sludge. That was my view! Even the poor duck didn't get in that water! The indoor pool area, was nice for the kids. The amount of chlorine in the water and the air was overwhelming. Use some of that chlorine in your outdoor pools.
Got locked out of our room. Had to walk to the front desk 4 times before we finally flagged down a maintenance man in the hall who was able to help us. The front desk was adamant that it was the batteries in the lock.... it was not, they had us checking out on the same day we checked in, so the keys were not valid. They never offered to come up and help. However, the Maintenance man was GREAT!

"Fun, beautiful, convent!"

This is my husband & i’s favorite place to stay in Sevierville. The rooms are beautiful, the pool & arcade are fun! & you can not beat the rates during the week ($44.85 after tax & all) for such awesome condos! This was our first visit back in the last 2 years. Still love this place. The only thing I would suggest is a bit of an update, the cable situation is kinda crappy- not many options to choose from & the tv was very fuzzy. I will also request a higher floor next time as the floor I was on was very loud with kids running up and down the hall ways at all times. Still such a great place to stay! We will be back soon!

The ladies at the front desk are just ok, do not seem to be happy. Our maids were friendly. The restaurant they give you discounts for is awful. The TV channel selection is the worst I have ever seen, ever. I love the bathtub but not enuff to stay here again and we have been frequent guests.

"Even with the good price, I would absolutely not stay here again."

When we first got there, it was pouring down rain and we were drenched and miserable. It took a while for the check in process because you have to give them your license plate number and description of your vehicle and then go to another table to get a parking pass, where some guy is trying to talk you into time share type things. When we finally got onto the elevator, there were two kids right out of the pool that were throwing up everywhere because the chlorine in the pool was so strong. On the third floor, we could still smell the chlorine. We got into our room and were not pleased. While there is a large kitchenette, with a full size refrigerator, large microwave, and a table with four chairs, the room was not clean. There was a coke can under the AC unit, a gummy bear in one drain of the sink, and the other drain was just disgusting. There was a single earring hanging on one of the lamps and the plates and utensils in the kitchen were dirty. The hotel also did not provide basic amenities like most hotels. There was no breakfast, and only shampoo and soap in the bathroom. There was no lotion, no conditioner, not even a trash can in the bathroom. There were no pads of paper or pens in the room and no booklet outlining what there was to eat and do around the hotel. A booklet would have been nice because at this point we were just soaking wet and exhausted and just needed to eat something. The bed was advertised as a queen but seemed more like a full size. The fireplace was only for show as absolutely no heat came from it. Everything just looked very run down, aside from the lobby and exterior of the hotel. We went to look at the pool, and that too was run down. The slide was faded and looked very old. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. Even if we hadn't run into the kids throwing up from the chlorine, we still wouldn't have gotten into the pool. Also, the internet was TERRIBLE. They had several different wifi connections you could connect to without a password and you just chose the one with the best connection. We coudn't do anything online because we kept losing our connection. Overall, we were very disappointed because it looked so nice in pictures and the lobby made it seem like we were coming to a really nice hotel. It was not a place where I felt like I could relax and we will not be staying here again, even with the lower prices.

"Don’t stay here drugs in resort"

I will never stay here again. The resort needs a lot of work. We found Heroin in our room! When we brought it to the staffs attention and asked them to call the police, as well as a refund the staff acted like it was no big deal! My spouse and I were angry, because the hotel said we planted it and the hotel had no respect to call the police or remove it. I would not bring your family to this place as they could care less about their customers or their customers well being. I plan to share my experience with all I know and hope you will do the same. This establishment should be shut down as they are open to drugs!

"Nice Older Hotel with Amenities"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

We booked this site, good value for the money. There were many families with kids to enjoy the heated indoor pool. The rooms are large, like an apartment, with kitchen set-up. The rooms are clean, fully furnished, roomy. There is no continental breakfast but Cracker Barrell is next door. The lower star rating is due to their parking pass set-up. To get the parking pass they try to sell a time share. This was a BIG TURN OFF! The guy greeting us argued that "its better than having an RV" which we own. My response was -Really, we go places where Wyndom isn't located. Not a very good representation for that company.
