We saw this Museum featured on a television show, and it lived up to the hype plus some. It was educational and entertaining. Purchasing tickets through Reserve Orlando was very simple.

"Loved, Loved, Loved This Museum. Best Kept Secret In Orlando!"

Wow! I bought tickets for SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology through the Reserve Orlando website for almost half the price I would have normally paid. The deal was so great, I didn't know if it was real or not. It was real! SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology was absolutely amazing, and I wonder why I had never heard of it. The staff was super-friendly, educated, and willing to answer any questions we had. When we checked in, the gentleman noticed my daughter had a sketchbook and offered to bring her a chair when she wanted to sketch. Now that is customer service. The museum has set up several vignettes of all sorts of animal bones in super-cool and interesting ways! For example, they have a bear skeleton pilfering through a picnic basket. I was simply amazed at all the displays from the smallest rodent to a towering giraffe. As I enjoyed the museum, I wondered how many hours was put into each project. I 100% recommend that everyone should visit SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology. I have been all over the world and haven't experienced anything like this! I also recommend using Reserve Orlando for purchasing tickets to this and other Orlando destinations whether you are a tourist or a local like me. My daughter first heard about this place at Seminole State College's Art Club, and she wanted to visit to sketch skeletons for her art portfolio. She had great subjects and we both had a fantastic time.

Purchasing tickets the night before, when we discovered this little gem was super fast and efficient through the Reserve Orlando website. Parking was in close proximity and free, which is an added bonus. The museum employees were very friendly and welcoming, assisted with every question our group had. The museum itself was very expansive, not cramped at all, and boasts an impressive collection of 100% authentic skulls. I am glad we stumbled upon a recommendation of this place, and we were able to purchase discounted last minute tickets through Reserve Orlando website.

Bought tickets a few weeks ahead of time on their website and got a great deal. Figured we would just drop in & spend a little bit of time. We actually spent over an hour and a half. Very few people when we were there (late January) Anyone interested in animals, biology and/or anatomy should definitely visit here.

The ICON center has free parking. SKELETONS is located across from the Sea Life Aquarium and next door to Walgreen's. After paying the admission (which is good for the entire day even if you leave and come back) you enter the facility and walk through the displays. The displays are actual animal skeletons donated from zoos, etc., after the creature died of natural causes. It is a fascinating way to see the internal structure of creatures you are familiar, and not familiar, with. They also have a large gift shop.

This museum is in an entertainment complex and might be a bit difficult to find. It appears quite small but that is deceptive. These are not dinosaur but skeletons of zoo and other animals along with some humans. If you have an interest, I think you would find this a worthwhile visit, especially on a day when the weather isn’t good. Look on Groupon for possible discounts.

My wife and I visited Skeletons: Museum of Osteology recently. I had walked by the museum many times while down on I-Drive. I thought it looked interesting, but I didn't know whether it was worth a visit. At the time we visited they were running a discount and we were able to get admission for a discounted price. The museum was larger than I expected and was very well organized and presented. There are skeletons from hundreds of different animals and also there are several human skeletons. The museum was quick to let us know that no animals were harmed in order to obtain their skeletons. The museum received the skeletons (from zoos, etc.) after the animals had died of natural causes. The skeletons are primarily organized along taxonomic lines. For example cats, dogs, bats, etc. are presented together. The museum labels around the exhibit are very informative and educational. This would be a great visit for anyone who is interested in science, specifically in biology and zoology. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to answer questions we had. It was a great visit.
