"One of my favorites because it is small"

We are a small family, so we don't like to waste our day just trying to find the activities and standing in long lines that will never get you there. This water park, it was called Water World before, has everything that is suitable for all ages, and even on peak days, the wait for the crowded activities is not that long, wouldn't be more than 15 to 20 minutes. Their food is not good at all, at least this is how it was the last time we were there, before it became Hurricane. Would definitely go back.

"Not Enough Staff/Too Many Closures"

I won’t complain about the price for parking, or the restrictions on bringing in outside food/drinks or inflatables making you buy only from them. On a recent Sunday visit (when they were only open on Sat/Sun) 5 slides were closed for most of the day...at least 3 were due/confirmed to matenience/broken, the others due to not having staff to operate them or possibly broken (not confirmed). Additionally, only 2 of the 6-9 (?) slides in the kids water structure ever opened. Again, they need lifeguards stationed at each one to operate. Speaking to a supervisor, he admitted they were short on staff. As such, lines grew long at attractions that were open, and even longer when they had to shut down the wave pool (and 2 additonal slides sharing the same filtration system) due to a fecal contamination. Had everything been open, it would have relieved the lines and congestion in an otherwise small park. Too much hassle to deal with for a return visit.

Park opened at 10:30, but they let you 1/2 way to the park before this. Waters are allowed, nothing else. Parking is $25 on their lot. We reserved a cabana in advance, which is the only way to go - seems expensive, but it's comparable to going to a Giants game, and much more comfortable. They provide food service with the cabana (fee for food) and the attendants were very attentive. Good, young adult staff. Life guards everywhere , felt very safe for the kids.

We went to check out this park as we have Six Flags pass that gives us access to Hurricane harbor /Six flags concord Ca. We went on a week day and would hate to go there on weekend as it was over crowded during the midweek day we went on. Just looking for anywhere to sit in any chair as they were all taken and let me tell you there is very little room for the chairs they have them crowded around it hard to describe the lack of room to just get between all the chairs. During our stay we went to get lunch at the only place to get lunch and the lines were unbelievable slow we waited in line for about 1 Hour just for lunch and not at lunch time we thought we would wait until about 2 for lunch it didn't matter the lines never got short. So when I reached the counter to place order the dropped food was everwhere luckily they had a napkin dispencer near by so I wipped off the counter as I had to lean on counter to get low enough to talk to person taking orders so after placing order our food was cold and had been sitting was not very good so on to the next step finding a table to eat at which was discusting the had not been cleaned for a while they were built out of 2X4 boards with cracks between them with old food stuck for who knows how long these tables were so bad the only way to fix or clean them would be to replace them with some sort of table that could be cleaned with solid cerface that food would not get stuck in and can be wipped clean. While the water slides had long lines they were shorter then the food lines and were moving quicker! Its hard to find out information about each ride when you ask employee they just tell you go to the ride and read the sign at the ride not sure if they don't know the rules or just don't want to explain them to you not so good customer service when you get to the take off place for the slides the people running the top station were fairly friendly and would try to make the most of your fun ride giving you safety information and helpful keeping you safe they were the best of all the people we talked to but they were at top of ride. if you rent a tube for riding the waves or around the little Kooler lazy river don't be surprise about what they cost but it makes for more fun to have one then going without.
