We had this as part of our Go City card and I thought it may be too scary for me. I was wrong! It was so entertaining and interesting. Definitely different!!

A lot of fun - especially if you like to scream 😁. There are different rooms you walk thru and they give you a little San Francisco history. It’s dark and a little spooky, but fun. Buy your tickets on Madame Tussaud’s website, that way you get both attractions for the same price.

My wife and I first passed this place without giving it much thought. I just thought it would be a tourist trap, and probably wouldn't be worth the money. However, eventually we stopped and had a quick look at the brochure they had, and it seemed more interesting then we first thought, and the actor out front was doing a great job in playing his role as creepy host, so we thought "Why not?". I'm very glad we gave this place a chance, as we were both pleasantly surprised at the quality of the acting (for the most part) and the layout and props. You actually feel like you're travelling much further than you are, becoming slightly disoriented after a while about where you are. (SPOILER) The mirror maze is done well and caused our group much difficulty. All in all, if you just relax and let yourself immerse into the show, you'll really enjoy it much more than if you go in expecting to hate it. The stories are interesting, and involve a bit of audience participation, so be prepared! Perfect for families with kids who love a good spook! Or even couples - our entire group was just couples. Awesome fun at a decent price - definitely worth the time and money if you're looking for something fun to do around San Fran.

We got these tickets in conjunction with Madame Tussaud’s and it was so much fun- from the sweetly creepy count st the front door to the hilarious actors who just go into the fun of it all we just loved this experience. There were some very good jump scares but it was pretty gentle and fun. No one touches you or really scares’s just a bit creepy..the drop ride at the end was brilliant and the photos of them were hilarious! God fun and worth it for sure..
