"Getaway with the Family"
November, 2018
The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was as described, best breakfast I've had compared to other hotels.. Rooms where neat and clean as well, I did like that the suites also had dishes and pots and pans for our use. The huge con was the renovation that took place during our stay! I was never told nor emailed about the renovation, maybe it's because we booked through a 3rd party, the place needs a renovation but I would never have booked my family vacation knowing that; I had to drive 20 min away just to be able to wash our clothes at a dingy laundry mat that by the way didn't even dry my clothes all the way, I ended up hanging up my clothes throughout the hotel suit in order for them to finish drying. I had no issue with our Disney tickets nor our Universal tickets, everything went great with that.

I don't know that you can beat this hotel for the price! This hotel has some age on it so I want to set that up right off the bat. They are currently renovating so even that should improve overtime. Everyone was so nice! The entire establishment was very clean and organized. It is close to all the parks and easy access to main highway. The breakfast was really very good each morning even though it is free and they have free drinks at the bar from 5:00 to 6:00. The only reason I didn't give that 5th star is because the travel to the parks was too infrequent. I am so glad we went ahead with a rental car. Again, you are very close to the parks so I assumed that travel to and from the parks would be going all the time. They only do a set drop off and pickup that would not have worked for us at all. We ended up paying for a rental car and then the $22 to $25 a day to park it at Universal and Magic Kingdom. Keep that in mind when booking your reservation.

"What a disappointment!"
October, 2018
It all started with arriving and being told that the pool and game room is closed due to renovations. Since we werent there for the pool (visiting disney world parks takes up full day anyway ) we figured no big deal. Little did we know that there will be construction right under our window, not just for the pool but adjacent grounds as well, waking up with loud banging and machinery at 7 isnt my idea of vacation . While this hotel shows photos of new Orleans theme, the only "feel" of cajun anything is when you walking to see the harlequin on entrance .

The hotel offers free continental breakfast is decent , though served kind of cold , but the cafe is located by the pool so we were eating with the banging and dust flying . They also offer a laundromat on site , which is a huge reason why we booked the hotel since we planned on another week of driving after the disney world vacation . On the last day we loaded up the washer, had breakfast and went to check out. Loaded up the dryer for an hour and half , figuring itll definitely spin while we are away and went to get the car rental, retuned to the hotel only to find that the machine is still spinning with 5 mins left on it with the stuff inside still soaked. Another hotel guest came in and complained of the same.

Moral of the story: holiday inn is within a 5 min drive, closer to the disney parks and cheaper too. Next time we will opt for a stay on disney premises, may be more expensive but I'll save myself the aggravation and headache.

This place was great for the price. It had all the amenities I needed and it was close to all the theme parks. the only reason I didn't give it five stars was the lake check-in time.

"Not satisfied"
July, 2018
First time at this place , hotel was clean for the most part . First bad experience- there is a woman at a ticket desk next to the main entry door , this woman kept trying to sell tickets even after telling her i had tickets and then kept trying to have my family go to another hotel viewing. Spending as much money as i did on this vacation and to have this annoying individual keep pestering my family every time walking past made my choice to stay here again , i wont stay here again . Second - in the 5 days i stayed i had to get the room key cards re activated 3 times . The desk man said not to put the card near any phones or other cards - and i always kept the card by its self and still an issue . Third- this hotel favors Disney , i bought tickets to both Disney and Universal because this hotel offered shuttle bus service to both parks but when you arrive to the hotel they tell you they shuttle to Disney multiple times and universal one time and its only half day visits allowed if using the hotels shuttle bus service. As much as these vacations cost you would think these hotel would provide equal services to both parks since they also sell tickets to both parks

"First Time at Disney"
June, 2018
The Parc Suites was an okay stay, the rooms were old but clean at least. The service was great. All the workers were very nice and kind and always were polite. My wife and I were expecting the worst, but for a 7 day stay, the hotel was fine. We really liked the location of the hotel as it was close to Old Town which we walked to a couple of days while we were there. Parc Suites is also close to all of the theme parks as well either by Uber, shuttle or vehicle. The breakfast was free which is good for people who want to save money on meals, we saved about $100 in breakfast, but the food choices are limited. I got full off of oatmeal everyday, but if you're expecting a grand breakfast that won't happen. They have eggs, pork for their meats, waffles/toast and various drink choices. Would I stay again? Probably not simply because it's a older hotel and I don't like entering a room from the outside, but the staff was great.

rooms are old, but clean. furniture are bad conditions. my neighbors were so loud after 11:00pm until 2:00am. That was terrible, I called front desk 2 times for this issue, and security came and advise, but they restarted after...When I did my check out, I discussed with the lady at front desk and gave my total disappointment and the horrible night, asking why hotel didn't do more, she told me that required 3 notices before expel….so, should I call 3 times to stop this situation… Can't understand that we booked room for sleep and not possible..I paid for what.. she didn't offer me any discount for this terrible night. I will not return to this hotel and not recommend.

We have just got back from a 14-day vacation at your hotel and am recommending it to everyone around. Room was perfect for a Family of 5! Beds were very comfy and room was always clean! Employees are extremely nice and breakfast was delicious (very good system and nice people serving!). Kids enjoyed the pool and I hit the sports center everyday. Very close to stores, supermarkets and the Parks. We really liked it!

"Comfortable, renovated rooms"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5

First and foremost, the employees at this hotel are excellent. They will do everything to try and make your stay comfortable. When my family and I checked in, we were given two suites on the 2nd floor. I wanted the top floor because we wanted a quiet area, but they didn't have anything available. We were put right next to the elevator, and it was pretty loud. I don't know why guests felt they needed to congregate outside of the suite and talk loudly at all hours of the day and evening, but they did (this happened on several occasions). So, beware that this is not a quiet hotel. If noise is in issue for you, be sure to bring a white noise machine. The rooms had been recently renovated, so they were clean and comfortable. My niece enjoyed the pool and made friends with the kids. I was impressed with the breakfast area, as it was so organized. The lines flowed smoothly because they had several employees serving food cafeteria-style. My biggest complaint (besides the noise) was with housekeeping. On one of the days, they cleaned the suite next door to me, but then skipped my suite completely. I tried explaining this to a housekeeper, but she didn't speak English, and in fact, she misunderstood me and thought that I didn't want my room cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning service, but it never got done that day. The clerk did go out of his way to send someone up to my room with supplies, but it was frustrating. I wasn't feeling well on this trip, and I didn't want to deal with hotel issues. The next day, the housekeeping team made up for their mistake by giving my room a complete cleaning. Parking spaces were tight at this hotel, and construction vehicles made things even more challenging. Also, with the renovations, there are no laundry services available. The hotel clerk said it would be a quick 8 minute drive to RC's laundromat, but it was more like a stressful one hour round trip. It was very inconvenient, but I had no choice. If I had to do this over again, I would have gone to a dry cleaners a half mile away and just pay more money to have my laundry done. Overall, I think I would stay here again, keeping in mind that it's a noisy hotel.

"Good value but the hotel is in need of updates (which it is getting)"

The hotel is nice and within walking to many eating places and an amusement park. It has VERY nice employees and a GREAT breakfast. Our 2 room suite was very big but one of the bathrooms didn't have any hot water. Luckily the other bathroom had plenty so it was not that much of an issue. The pool is heated and the hot tub was heated but not as hot as it should have been. The hotel is very close to all the Disney parks so it is a great location if you don't want to pay to stay at the Disney hotels.
