We had a fabulous time. We loved the lights of St. Augustine and the train was really fun. Just the right amount of time and we had a great driver, Benji, who was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

We left the kids at home for a weekend getaway in St. Augustine. We absolutely loved the red train trolley. We loved learning the history of the city. We loved that the drivers aren't "scripted". They each add their own character. We also rode it all the way through 2 days in a row and learned new things both times. We loved being able to hop off and explore and then hop back on. We also did one of the nightly ghost tours. Even though we personally didn't see any ghosts. We still loved it!! And our ghost catcher device when off a few times so they must have been around us ;) The only downfall is we did ride the red train on a Saturday and one time it stopped and it was so full we were unable to get on and had to wait for the next train (about 20minutes). It was super popular that day! The hotel we stayed in was very close so we walked to the red train the first day and after our tour was over that day. The red train gave us a ride back to our hotel, so this was a nice plus. But overall great experience. Hope to visit again soon and bring the kiddos next time.

The trolley is a really good option to not have to park at each place and learn some of the history of St. Augustine. We are not people who go on city tours, but this was well worth it for the transportation and information as we were driven around. Ask for the Seniors Discount!

"Great Tour of City"

On our most recent trip to St Augustine we decided to take the Red Train instead of that orange and green trolley. We had an excellent driver/guide named Alex who provided us with great historical facts and humour. We later took the Night of Lights tour. Nice tour, but too short. We had a great group who formed a party train.

"Great way to learn about St Augustine, Especially if you get Smokey!"

Great customer service and informative operators. Sound quality was fantastic. Wait wasn’t long and you are waiting in an interesting place so no worries. We got a two day pass for just a few $ moore so we got to ride with several different drivers. Each had unique details and made the trip very pleasant. If you are lucky enough to get to ride with a guy named Smokey, do it. He was the best of all of them. If you are a senior or veteran, or both, they will take care of you and you can get a great discount.
