Pros. Bought tickets at Costco so price was right. Show was well done and cast members are good at interacting with the audience, during and after the show. Cons. First of all it had been raining and had to park on the second floor but at the bottom of the stairs there was a deep puddle of water which almost filled my shoes. Everything is just way overpriced, a beer and mixed drink to start $22.00, no option of declining the souvenir glass the drink came with. Forget the passing of finger foods during the wait to be seated. Food served for dinner was terrible. Soup was lukewarm, salad only filled half the plate. Chicken and powdered potatoes were lukewarm and needed gravy. Vegetables were good but portion way too small. Dessert okay but coffee was terrible and the worst we have ever had anywhere. The biggest rip off was the picture package which we declined. They were asking $42.00 for 2 small and 1 large pics. Seems to me they would sell more pics at half that price, they print them anyway to show you. Will not be in a hurry to go back.

I don't get the 1 star reviews. You sit right on top of the action. The players are great at interacting with you. Food is ok, and plenty of it. They do get you on the extras like most tourists places, but you kind of expect that. The story is fun, our 8 and 10 year olds were totally in to the story. Just a fun night.

This was such a blast! We surprised our kids with this as part of their Christmas present and it did not disappoint! We purchased the tickets in advance (thankfully!) and were running a little behind and arrived 10 min prior to the show starting. Luckily the attendant told us we could skip the line and were able to get in right as the show began. Our server Scarlett was fantastic and very attentive. She even pulled my husband to help in the show! After the show the performers were in the lobby and my daughter wanted a picture with the princess. We went to the bathroom in hopes that the crowd would clear by the time we came out. Unfortunately, when we did come out the performers had already gone back in. So my daughter and I took a picture in front of the entrance to the dinner show. That’s when John, the general manager, asked us if we were able to take a picture of the ship (which we hadn’t gotten a chance to). He kindly opened the doors and let us go in and there was the princess (Lexi) who greeted us at the entrance. She was amazing with our daughter. She asked her questions and was so sweet to take multiple pictures with her. This truly made our night and I couldn’t say enough good things about this experience. I HIGHLY suggest checking out this dinner show if you have kids. The show can get a little loud with the gun fighting but it’s tons of fun! The food is pretty good but if you’re looking for a 5 star dinner I would go elsewhere. If you’re going for the overall experience, then it’s a definite must see! Thanks Pirate’s! We hope to see you again soon!

"Slightly disappointed— but good food"

My kids really enjoyed this show. I will have to admit on the adult side I was slightly disappointed. We did see the Christmas show. The sound was kind of hard to understand some of what was going on. It kind of seemed like a chaotic mess. They did have crowd involvement which was fun. The food was pretty good as well. Although eating a chicken leg in the dark is kind of hard. One thing that I wished that we had ordered soda pop and never got a refill. Although our server was busy the entire time. Parking was a breeze.

We went here to celebrate Father's Day. The show was outstanding. Even waiting to be seated we were entertained. The actors take pride in their work and they really get the audience involved. The food is good and the whole night will be enjoyable. You can get less expensive tickets for this place on groupon. I highly recommend. It's a great place to go for a birthday or celebration. Great for kids too!
