Description

from Pigeon Forge Snow - Indoor Snow Tubing
Snow tubing fun all year long! Pigeon Forge Snow is the first indoor snow facility in the entire United States that offers REAL snow all year long. It uses state of the art snowmaking technology to transform its 35,000 square ft. indoor facility into a winter wonderland, complete with up to 12 lanes of snow tubing regardless of the time of year. Instead of using synthetic material, the attraction’s slopes are covered in genuine fresh powder.

In addition to tubing, Pigeon Forge Snow offers other classic winter activities. There is a snowplay area where guests can build snowmen and make snow angels. The attraction also features a second level where parents can watch their children go tubing while enjoying a snack or a beverage.

Although the attraction boasts all of the hallmarks of winter, guests won’t have to bundle up too much when they go snow tubing in Pigeon Forge. Pigeon Forge Snow has a comfortable temperature of around 60 – 70 °F all year long.

Come enjoy the snow without being cold at Pigeon Forge Snow.

We booked our trip to Pigeon Forge Snow through Reserve Pigeon Forge and it was so easy. We had a group of 20 and they couldn’t have made it any less painless than it was.

"I won’t come back"
January, 2019
I wont come back. I went to visit during Holiday time and there were not enough staff to do the snow tubing so wait time up was about 15 minutes. Snow time was not even fun.

Although the line to slide was about 20 minutes (day after Christmas) we had a blast! Good thing we bought the tickets through reserve pigeon forge! Cheaper and more for your buck! Do the snow time before you scan for the hour of snow tubing!

"Fun for kids"

Our 4 yr old is already asking to go back. I would suggest bringing an extra change of clothes for the little ones if they play in the snow area. They will get wet & cold.

traveling with 3 teenagers they LOVED Pigeon Forge Snow. It is not for the faint of heart as the hill is TALL and the tubes go FAST! But they LOVED it...has a moving walk way that takes you to the top of the hill then hold on as you speed down! Lots of workers there and they were all friendly. Lots of places for those who are not so into fast paced tubing to sit..there is also an area for snow play. I know this will be a place the kids will want to go every time we are in town.

"Long line and long wait"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

I had followed them from their announcement, to opening on FB! We were so excited to try it. When we drove by the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. We went by the next day and no line. But inside was mayhem. Signs said to enter through other doors, but people didnt care and came in and cut in line. Lines were pushed against the doors because only a certain number were allowed in at a time, and people were waiting. So we gave up after about 25 mins in line and no one going in. So no info on how fun it was inside.

"Snow tubing the easy way "

I took my daughter here recently and it was a great experience. The inside temp was 65 degrees, so a long sleeve tee or sweatshirt and pants was all you needed. It wasn’t very crowded so she was able to tube right away and probably has 15-20 turns to ride. The moving walkway carries riders up and there are several slides, they had three open when we were there. The employees were very helpful and had a focus on safety. We had a nice place to sit and watch in the upstairs observatory deck. Good value too - $21 for one hour and it’s easy to find coupons for a discount.
