"Time of our lives."
July, 2016
The weather was a bit rainy, but the view was still amazing. I love that we were able to see the Na Pali coast in a way that you never see on the post cards. The water was too ruff in the 1st and 2nd snorkel spots but our fearless crew found us a safe place to snorkel. My daughter was able to go in the captains are and steer the boat, and learn about the boat. We ended the evening dancing on the deck till we made it back to port. I will be going on this cruise again next year when i return to Kauai.

Good Trip. We did not see many whales, but we saw a lot of dolphins. The captain was Rock-n-Roll. On the way back he cranked the boat and let people stand up front and bounce some waves. Very friendly crew.. 1 -10 I give the experience an 8.

This morning my wife and I joined Captain Chris & CJ for the zodiac whaletour. It only took about 5 minutes before we spotted our first pod of 4. This luck continued through the 3 hour tour. We encountered about a dozen humpbacks, hundreds of spinner dolphins and a huge sea turtle. Chris and CJ were knowledgeable and delightful. I have no problem with recommending this tour.

We took the Zodiac boat tour and it was amazing. We saw porpoises, whales and lots of fish and turtles when we stopped to do some snorkeling. Captain Shaked and first mate Jamie were outstanding. There were lots of big swells and waves due to the strong winds but Shaked skillfully drove the boat to minimize the bumps. Jamie was the narrator and provided a lot of interesting history about the Napali coast and the early Hawaiian culture. The views and the sea caves were fantastic. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Kauai and a truly memorable adventure.

This is our third trip to snorkel around the NaPali coast. It was forecast to be rough around the west side of the island so they let us know the trip would be to the east side instead. They offered us money back if we wanted to cancel. We are very happy we went on the trip anyway. Captain Jeff was very knowledgeable and we saw whales, spinner dolphins, turtles, manna rays, flying fish, and wild sheep as well as snorkeling. It was a fabulous trip.

Folks I've seen a lot of whine coming from a few reviews... Cannot fathom for a minute why! It is an adventure cruise, you are on a Catamaran.. A big spacious Catamaran. Mother Nature will throw what she throws and the crew will adopt to the conditions... Speaking of which we had incredible conditions.. Less than 1 ft waves. Check in process 10 of 10, fill out the forms in advance walk in check in and ready. Boarding - 10 of 10. Wicked easy, your shoes won't be coming on board and that's ok Cruise - 20 of 10..seriously from Captain Maui to Rico, Colin and one other gentlemen your every need is catered too... Let alone the prestine Pacific Ocean. You will hear stories from a true local as well see sights you've never seen before. Whales, yes, Dolphins, yes, Hana... More yes. Landscapes, Oceans, Breeches, Double Breeches it was Whale Popcorn on Feb 23rd. The dinner was perfect and as expected, plenty of seats and room.. Again it's an outdoor adventure plan for it. Must say this was one of our best experiences in 30 plus years of travelling the Globe... Huge shout out to Kauai Sea Tours... Wouldn't hesitate to do it again and way more value than you pay! Aloha!
