"Maui Nui Luau - Worth checking out"
July, 2018
My wife and I initially booked this luau as our second option due to the Olde Lahaina Luau being booked up well past our vacation date. We were both pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The dancers were fantastic, the cliff diver and fire dancer wowed and the food was great too. We were seated with four other couples and had a great time conversing with them and enjoying the show. I'm not sure how good the Olde Lahaina Luau would have been, but this whole experience was definitely worth the price.

"On Stage Fire Dance truly Amazing"

We were three couples and booked preferred seating which is advised in that we were located in front of center stage. The food was generally good but not outstanding however the truly amazing part of the show was the fire dancer. I was fortunate to video his complete performance on my camera and that is certainly a keeper. This activity started with rain and ended with rain but we were dry for most of the performance. Highly recommended .If you go valet park

"Great fire dancer, but everything else just ok"

We went for the cocktails only option, which was a great way to go with kids without spending a fortune. Got real flower leis which were beautiful. It had been a rainy week, so that may have affected the location, but was set on a lawn by the hotel. Tents were up along the side so we couldn’t see the cliff divers or sunset that had been part of the appeal. Then the show felt very rushed and not a whole lot. It may have been to avoid the rain, but entire show was only about 45 minutes, so didn’t really feel like we got the whole experience.

We booked preferred seating and I woyld recommend it. There were 5 if us (1 child age 9) and we had front and center seats and had a great time. Food was good. Lots of selection although pork was a bit dry. Performance was excellent. We loved the variety and the Fire Dancer.

"Do the Cocktail Luau!"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed January 15, 2019
After hitting two Luau’s in the last 10 years, we decided on this Luau and also skipping the meal portion. Food at the Luau is usually not great and in doing the cocktail only, we got the best of the best. Savings was $75 per person, and we had the all you can drink plus the show. We took our savings and went to a nice steak place. Six of us at $40pp and spent $400 at dinner. We felt great about the decision. Valet park at the Sheraton for $5...great value!
