"Awesome property. Excellent staff."

We met our kids for their 10th wedding anniversary here for a couple of days. They were married here in Gatlinburg 10 years ago. We stayed Thursday and Friday nights on 4/18 and 4/19. The rooms were extremely comfortable. Mattresses were like sleeping on a cloud. When we arrived, we went to the bar to wait for our room to be available. The bartender prepared an excellent Old Fashioned to help wash the road dust away. I was even able to order a pour of Blanton’s bourbon. (And that is not easy to find.) The next morning, breakfast of Ranchos Huevos was presented by the chef himself. It was beautifully prepared and tasted excellent. We towed a motorcycle on a trailer. Our valet, Austin was super helpful in helping us prepare by hooking up and parking for our early morning departure on Saturday, 4/20. Service was excellent at every one of our interactions on this property. Nicely done, team Margaritaville!

"Vacation Spa Day!"

My sister-in-law and I took advantage of a day at the St. Somewhere Spa and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The booking was super easy as it was done prior to our vacation. I received text messages to confirm and remind us of the appointment (which was wonderful because with 4 kids on the trip we quickly forgot some things!). Jeramy and Amanda were very professional and did a wonderful job. For my sister-in-law, who's first time ever as getting a massage on this day, was so relaxed and wished we could stay on the tables all day! The hot showers at the end were a total bonus! Nice plush robes, steam options with your shower, all washes including shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, secure lockers to put our belongings and in very close proximity to a quick bite of lunch after our little bit of R&R. Next time we visit Gatlinburg we will definitely be back to visit Jeramy and Amanda!

"What an amazing spa!"

Went there for spa appointment and cannot wait to go back. My friend and I had pedicures and massages and I cannot say enough about the quality of the spa. Was very pleasantly surprised to find a high end spa in the middle of Gatlinburg. It was like another planet! We enjoyed cocktails while we waited (we were early) and the staff was very friendly. Amenities were luxurious, including a steam shower, toiletries, plush towels and robe, etc. However, the highlight was my 90 minute Swedish massage with Jeramy. The best I have ever had, and I have had lots at some nice places. I will go back, but only if I can schedule with Jeramy. Professional, courteous, and skilled. I was transported to another level of relaxed! You cannot go wrong with this resort. Oh, and did I mention a generous “locals” discount? Go!

My friend and I came to Gatlinburg to enjoy a few days off. And we met Jim at the bar who made us feel like old friends. He also suggested many places for us to visit and eat at. We are coming back tomorrow just so we can see Jim!
