"Decent hotel..."

Although a relatively older hotel in Vegas Mandalay still has good and clean rooms and they don'tlook tired or out of date. That is a huge plus! Having said that, the buffet was one of the worst food experiences that I've had in Vegas. The breakfast was very bad with poor quality...I would never go there again. Also the hotel is not a "hip" one and is not a happening scene during evening times. If you're looking for a decent room with a decent price, this is a good hotel. But I wouldn't recommend it if you want to spend time and enjoy meals at the hotel.

"I wont stay anywhere else but Mandalay Bay when in Vagas"

How can you not fall in love with Mandalay Bay? Very fancy resort, top notch service, good choices of restaurant and stores inside. No matter what room type you get, the view outside the window is beautiful. Enjoyed Shark Reef. Wished they had a microwave inside the room for my little one who needs warm milk almost every night before bed. Next time I will be carrying a hotplate just for that.

"Volleyball extravaganza!"

So we didn't stay at the Mandalay Bay, but there was a HUGE volleyball tournament held on President's day weekend at their convention center. With so many young female athletes stirring around, the security, staff and venue were professional and clean.

"One Stop Location"

We stayed at Mandalay Bay for a volleyball tournament at the same location. I like Mandalay because it is one of the better resorts on the strip for a one stop shop. The convention center offered many ballrooms to match the sized event. The restaurants are good with a wide variety of foods. The rooms are spacious with many offering a great view of the entire strip. The casino has high ceilings and good ventilation which helps if you are a non smoker.

"Excellent Place to stay"

Excellent room with a strip view. We stayed in a King room which was spacious, clean, and quiet. Our room had an excellent view of the strip starting from the Mandalay Bay sign. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in at any hotel. My wife enjoyed the deep soaking tub. We got the room at a GREAT value rate for our two-night stay. The check-in staff were friendly and professional. I like the new security in that your room key is needed to select your room floor in the elevator. The casino is large, no major smoke smell, and drink service was good.
