"Clean, comfy, friendly staff, and great breakfast"
December, 2018
Had a great stay! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because the room was really basic and lighting wasn’t great. No bells and whistles here. But the whole lodge is very nice, cozy, spotless and the pool and Krispy Kreme donuts and gooey cinnamon rolls were a huge hit with the kids (ok, and the adults too!). Beds were super comfy and location is convenient to everything.

"Lodge of the Ozarks"

We reserved 3 nights at the lodge. While see were in Branson, my husband suffered a heart attack. Through Reserve Branson we were refunded 1 night that we could not stay. Not only did they refund our lodging they also refunded our tickets to Samson. Although the lodge is an older motel, it is clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We would stay there again. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Very nice place to stay. The people were friendly, room was more than we expected. Loved the king bed and the jetted tub. They did an awesome job cleaning the room every day. The breakfast buffet was very good. Definitely worth it to stay here

2nd time staying here. Last year was great. This time was horrible. Lighting in the room was horrible. Vent in bathroom was stuck shut. The lever was broken. I got this room for the jet tub, and couldn't enjoy it because it was so hot in there. I put my dirty towel on the floor and when I took a shower that night, the housekeepers had folded THE DIRTY TOWEL and placed it back onto the shelf!!!! The bed was like sleeping on a lopsided pile of cardboard.

Branson was the second stop on our trip to Florida. We tried to book into Savanna House, but it was closed for the season. As Lodge of the Ozarks had the same owners and the reviews were good, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was just about the best we've ever experience in any hotel. C an't can't think of a single thing that wasn't top notch.

This is now our favorite hotel to stay at in Branson. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. The TV is big and had quite a few channels. The bathroom was awesome, we had the jacuzzi room and it was so big my 3 kids could all fit in it. The breakfast is better than any hotel we have ever stayed in. You could smell the aroma when we walked out our room. It smelled heavenly! The pool is huge, lots of room for everyone, the towels were always fresh and warm, they played music so it made for a fun environment. This hotel was decorated so well, it had places to just sit and relax around the hotel. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. If there were any suggestions I could make or any downfalls is what that there wasn’t a hot tub in or around the pool area. My kids always love getting in the hot tub, after swimming to warm up. It made up for it with the jacuzzi in our room though. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Branson now. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

My daughter and I stayed at another chain hotel about 1/4 mile down the strip for a couple of nights because my sister stays there all the time. No, the other hotel was not nearly as nice or updated as the Lodge of the Ozarks, but it was still ok. There were a few differences: Cons to this hotel vs the chain hotel: the front desk staff was not there all the time. We had tried calling all day to get someone to answer the phone to make sure they had a vacancy for us. We finally stopped and went in. There was no one at the desk. And no one around. Weird...right? Well, that went on all day. And evening actually. We went back out to our car and tried calling. Someone finally answered and then put us on hold. Forever. So we went back inside. We realized the person answering the phone was ALSO the person running the front desk. OK...this is the first weekend of SLC..,and some cheerleading camp was in town. Why is there one person running everything? I have no idea. That went on all evening. My daughter and I were walking around the hotel wasting time and people were in a line at the front desk at 8pm at night trying to check in. This hotel seemed to be louder than the other too. I even bring ear plugs with me just for this issue. Maybe it was just loud kids. No microwave. No conditioner for your hair. (Yes, most of your people Staying will be women) No Kleenex...? Pros: Hotel is nice though. Pretty and clean. Big pool. Super big area for breakfast and food was kept up all morning. Normal free breakfast food: eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc. clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking was good too. Beds are comfy. I would stay here again in the future over the other hotel only because I appreciate the updated rooms, but I will make sure to pack everything I normally need and not depend on them to furnish it. I really hope they get more staff to accommodate their guests. We appreciate them!!!!

We stayed March 14-17. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was yummy, and had a good variety. Their toiletries don't include conditioner, but that's a minor inconvenience. Indoor pool as a hit with my boys. Location was great as well - right on the strip. Will definitely be staying here again on our next Branson trip.
