"Strange Layout"

Lines everywhere to get in with no clear signage. There were signs about booking a time, guess it was for the movie showing, which wasn't clear at all. Once you get in, another line, but that's for 2 minute ride we found out. Big play area in the middle which was really chaotic. The display area was my favourite. Too many strollers, with not enough parking area!

"Great for the 5-10 age group"

If you get tickets online and pay less than $25 then it is worth that. It is NOT an amusement park. It is a small indoor attraction with one ride and a 3D movie theatre that runs a 10 minute Lego Movie every 20 minutes (4 different ones: Ninjago, Nexo Knights, Lego Movie, and Clutch Powers). There is a large Lego building area in the middle and a play structure. It is the type of venue you visit once when the kids are young but if they are Lego fans, they will enjoy it.

"Great for kids"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

The area isn't as large as the pictures suggest, which wasn't a bad thing as it was doable with the kids. It was great for my kids ages 7, 6 and 3! They enjoyed the experience. It was crowded as we did go in during March break! Also make sure you carry your water bottles with you, unless you want to purchase food and drink inside. They could have had more staff around to assist the children with the building and made it more of a learning experience. I think it is highly priced for the experience - would highly recommend buying the tickets online in advance or via Groupon as that makes it more worth it.

"Great place for young children!"

As expected, lots of places for kids to play together. Lots of touching legos and everything is hands on. Beautiful displays of Legos. Some rides and spots for parents to sit. What impresses me was my child was 1 year old when I first visit and had no where to nurse her and the staff led me to use an empty party room to do so in private. That was extremely kind and I so appreciate it. However they should have rooms designated for breastfeeding too! Otherwise great place and time to spend with the young ones!!

A disappointing experience from the start. Huge queue as you enter and no one to actually explain that the line up is for the ride, but you can go straight through to the playcentre and skip the ride. We ended up waiting for some time until a more experienced parent came in and we were able to go around the line. Lots of other customers like us who waited for 30 min to find that out. Play area very small and crowded. No relevant blocks to build things(ie zip ride), centre staff just hanging around not explaining anything. As if they are scared of children. Noisy, hot, crowded. Only 2 rides operating. Not worth the money, will not come back.
