"Full day of fun!"

Lots to do for all ages. We could of spent the entire day there. Prices were greasy especially with a groupon discount. The little food area wasn’t bad, would probably have spent more and stayed longer if there were more food options.

"Not what we thought it would be."

My daughters and I took my almost 4 year old grandson. It was ok not really worth the money if you pay full price. Staff was ok not very interactive. One of the two rides didn’t even have anyone over by it so he couldn’t even ride it. 4 D short film was ok. He enjoyed it and that’s all that mattersz

"crowd flow issues; kids had fun"

Schaumburg Legoland is a fun local attraction; the kids seem to enjoy it, but there are opportunities for improvement. luckily i didn't pay full price for our family of four to go on a saturday morning... there was no control of how many people were admitted at once, VR machines (extra cost) were working infrequently without explanation, and lego bins to play / build were typically empty... It was difficult to find a lego employee and the lady working the 4d theatre went on a rant during the "safety" talk about why she could only let 20 (instead of 50+) people into the theatre because she had to go wash more glasses... very frustrating for the parents / kids who had to wait an additional 30+ minutes because of poor staffing. I understand we went on a busy day, but with a few minor changes, i feel like the experience could have been 5 stars.

"Way to crowded!"

Decided to take my son, because of the big promo of Lego Movie 2. Very disappointed. No activities based on the Lego Movie 2 or meet and greet. Then an hour wait to get on rides. No staff around to ask question and when I did find someone they where always on a rush and not helpful.

"Been twice, third time a big disappointment"

WAY TOO CROWDED! They must let in more people than in the past. We moved barely at a snails pace on the first floor. Also,we paid to get the souvenir lego but didn't know that by using a coupon, we wouldn't get it. Very disappointed kids. Could have paid for basic admission and still used my coupon to get kids in free. And if you want to call them, good luck. Finding the phone number of their website is IMPOSSIBLE!
