good excellent customer service. always willing to help with attractions, local eats or just any random questions. I was in town for the NYC Half Marathon and they arranged car service to and from the race. And they also took a photo of me with my finishers medal! This place was so modern looking inside and out. Definitely a hotel to impress a guest. they also had snacks and coffee in the lobby. Bad Limited parking on property. 48 room building with a 14 spot parking lot. But there is plenty of parking spots right outside on 4th street. Rooms were small but I had a balcony with was nice. overall, highly recommended!

This is a smallish hotel not far from the 9th Street Subway Station in Brooklyn. The hotel does not offer restaurant or bar facilities but the rooms are stylish and a good size. The rooms are sort of open plan, so just a frosted sliding door separates the toilet and the shower is all glass (there are drapes you can close for privacy). Bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch (not a fantastic choice, but it’s included and good to keep you going for a few hours). Getting into Manhattan is quite easy via the Subway, which is about eight minutes walk. I’d stay here again, as the rooms are far bigger than you’d get in or around the likes of Times Square and it’s far more cost effective. We stayed two nights and found it a very comfortable and friendly hotel. Brooklyn used to have a bit of a rough time a few years ago, but I found the area we were in fine and I felt safe walking around. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

I stay in Hotel Le Bleu once a month for work and I keep coming back. There's a bunch that's great about it, it's got large rooms (many recently updated), good amenities, a free room service breakfast, it's blocks from the F/G/R trains, but most importantly it has a wonderful staff. Every time I come in, I know I'm going to be made to feel not like I'm checking into another hotel, but that the staff will make me feel like I'm coming home. I look forward to checking in because I know I'll get to say "hi" to Sabrina and Victor who always put a smile on my face at the end of a long day in the city.

Here is the review I gave Le Bleu the very last time I stayed there. My family and I probably spent $10,000 at Le Bleu over the several years a family member was ill. We kept going back because it was convenient and that was what we needed. Here is the review: "So let me say that I have stayed at Le Blah (misspell intentional) for probably three months total over the last three years. It is always an adventure. I hope to find other accommodations for the next three months I spend in NY over the next 3 years. This time: 1. The manager personally called my brother and followed up with an email to discuss his room since his favorite was not available due to renovations. They agreed on another room. When he arrived the room was not available.. 2. The breakfasts are gross and you know it. 3. My shower never got above luke warm. 4. My friends shower didn't drain when she l called housekeeping. They informed her that they must have not cleaned the hair from the drain from the last customers. eeeewwww 5. My neighbors went out on their balcony. The door handle fell off and luckily I was close by, heard them yell and called the desk to rescue them. 6. The wifi was spotty. The cable was spotty. 7. My family member tried to pay for my room in advance. They literally came to the hotel to do that. They were not allowed. S 7. My upstairs neighbors were having sex so loud it was truly ridiculous. I know that is not your fault but it was not pleasant.
