"Comfortable Stay"

My stay at this Holiday Inn was great! It is centrally located and close to everything!!! The reception staff was wonderful. special thanks to Tara. She gave great advice for restaurants and sight seeing. Because we slept late most days we just told them when we wanted the room clean & they were very accommodating!!! The best part of my 1 week stay was the breakfast at "burger theory". Delicious!! Thanks to Tameka and Cory; always served you with a smile and aimed to please. The only minus is that only 2 people per room can enjoy this fantastic breakfast. Anyone else must pay. Plenty of parking. Minutes from Busch Gardens. Close to the airport and major highways.

"It is the big things that matter"

The Hotel was very close to Busch Gardens which is what we wanted. The check in went very smoothly (I had booked online) the rooms were very nice, large, bright overlooking the courtyard. comfortable beds and pillows. An easy to use television in the bedroom. A sofa bed and desk with chair and another television in other room. Also had a refrigerator which we greatly appreciated, microwave, and coffee maker. Huge bathroom, very nice towels, decent size soaps, plenty of hot water. Two very minor problems, no hangars in the bedroom closet, there were hangars in the other closet but you couldn't take them out of that closet. Also the faucet in the shower needed an adjustment so the faucet didn't leak. All the staff were very friendly, we used their shuttle to go to Busch Gardens and return, it was very quick and easy. The drivers courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to be in the area, the pool area looked lovely, there is a restaurant on site.

This place is so cute for the price! All of the rooms surround a precious courtyard and pool! The staff has been very accommodating! Nikita and Alyce in the restaurant-Burger Theory-are the absolute sweetest!! So pleasant to chat with and be around! I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Tampa!! (:

The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. The late shift staff at Burger Theory was fantastic as well! The staff is what made our whole experience here a 5 star stay. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that is planning on coming to Tampa!

We stayed here for a short visit to Busch Gardens. The staff from the front desk, to Maureen welcoming guests; everyone at the hotel does there best to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is included and amazing..Hotel is clean and the court yard is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.
