"Not Disabled Friendly! :("

Took my Mom here and was so disappointed in how hard it was for her to use her walker. ALL the sidewalks are made of flagstone that is lumpy, uneven and jagged in areas. She couldn't even enjoy anything because she was too busy trying not to get stuck, trip or fall. Also, when you first enter the main lobby there is about 3 flights of stairs to go anywhere, again not giving any consideration to people with special needs. It's sad for disabled/handicapped but is a reflection of the resort's neglect for offering a safe and enjoyable environment for all possible guests. Shame on you!

"Turtle Lagoon!"

The Hilton Waikoloa is an extremely large beautiful property that accommodates everyone. Upon check in we were upgraded to one of the renovated rooms in the Palace Tower, which is about a 7-minute self-guided museum artifact incorporated brisk walk from the lobby or a 3-minute boat or tram ride. Our room in the Palace Tower was extremely spacious and the concierge in the tower gave us great recommendations for our road trip to Hana. The staff was extremely friendly and tentative. Being a diamond member the breakfast was complimentary and delicious. The highlight of our trip was snorkeling in the lagoon with the dozens of sea turtles that congregate by the waterfall. While this property does have a lagoon with excellent snorkeling and swimming it does lack a true beach and that’s why I give this property 4 stars.

"The best part of the Big Island"

I had a wonderful time at this resort. Of the resorts I stayed at across the different islands, this one was my favorite. Snorkeling in the salt water lagoon was my favorite thing because you can swim with the sea turtles. It was really cool! The nearby shopping was really helpful because you have everything you really would ever need close by. They even offer a trolley to bring you there for $2. Overall, my only criticisms would be that food was a bit pricey, and having an airport shuttle would be very helpful due to the lack of ubers in the area.

We loved our time at Hilton Waikoloa! Food and drinks were expensive, but the nearby Kings and Queens shops had some great and more affordable options. Pool was fantastic! Overall definitely recommend and will be coming back again

The resort is beautiful. Our accommodations were updated. Guest services had an issue with letting us know a certified letter would be coming addressed to us. We checked everyday. We were there 13 days! The company called us and asked us why we returned the letter. This incident made me angry!
