Grand Orlando Resort of Celebration in Kissimmee, FL

Absolutely loved this resort! One of the best places you can stay if you're planning to stay off-property when visiting WDW. We booked this through a JetBlue Vacations package (features air fare and hotel) and found it to be an incredible value. Room was spotless and featured a view of the pool and hot tub. Our room was located in building 6000 (Room 6805) and was incredibly clean and well-kept. Bed was comfortable and featured soft, plush pillows. Housekeeping did such a great job cleaning the room everyday too. The pool facilities were amazing. Loved how I could access the pool whenever I wanted to even if it was late at night. The pool was heated well and found that it was located in such a secluded area. It was also located within minutes of our room. All we had to do was take the elevator to the ground floor and the pool was right there. So convenient and easy to access. Additionally, you couldn't hear any of the traffic from the neighboring highway which was such a nice perk. We also felt incredibly safe while staying at this resort as well. Room key access is required to enter any of the guest buildings which is really comforting. Lastly, the resort's location is within minutes of Disney property. Couldn't ask for anything better. If I had to choose to stay off-property again, I certainly wouldn't hesitate staying here again! Thanks for the wonderful stay!!

the room was bad. the bed was made up poor the cup holder had rust stains on them the employee at the front desk poor customer service.the elevator wasn't working we had to walk all of our things to the 5th floor.

The hotel is going through renovations and that wasn’t disclosed. The pool isn’t heated and the hot tub was freezing. In our room the phone wasn’t connected. Our toilet was stopped up multiple times and overflowed. I wasn’t happy.

The hotel was very convenient for family of patients in Advent Health (fka Celebration Health). Handicap room had very nice towel, was clean and the beds were comfortable. You can tell it is an older hotel but had some nice advantages such as location and on stie 2 restuarants and a bar. It is truly huge. We had made reservations but when we returned to hotel there was not one parking spot within 1/2 mile of our room. We ended up parking at a local business and walking to our handicap room. Mandolin -buffet was pretty good and service pretty good also.

On vacation we go to Celebration as much as possible to go for beautiful walks see wonderful birds and animals and just get some great exercise and great scenery. The houses along the lakes are absolutely gorgeous and a lot of fun to look at.
