This was my first time zip lining and I was so scared at first. There staff was patient with me, helped calm me down and encouraged me to keep going. I am so happy I did.
My husband and I were on our honeymoon and it was the best experience.

"FUN!!!"
August, 2018
My family was looking for some fun and relaxation and we found it!! Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park was what we needed! The hiking trails were fantastic, the obstacle course was great and exhausting. i'm a little embarrassed they said it's for smaller kids because it kicked my butt!! My son and husband raced through it and we had so much fun! The food is fantastic to say the least, we all got something different so we could share and it was all delicious! The zipline tour was phenomenal as well, our guides Chas and Conner made us feel at ease and made us laugh, they're quite the joke tellers! Definitely recommend visiting Foxfire Mountain Adventure Park. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

"I get it"
August, 2018
Our family has been ziplining a few times in various places. I like that these courses don't require wearing gloves and self-braking. I'm not a huge fan of the carriages which could hit you in the face... other places have longer straps and no handles. Don't let that stop you from coming here, though. The waterfall course is good but nothing special compared to other places. The goliath course (if all your party is old/heavy enough to do it) looks like it would be really cool.

Negatives were:
1) No drinking water is provided along the course, and there's no way provided to bring your own. This is not good during hot summer days.
2) Some of the guides spend a good portion of their time with you asking you to leave reviews, and asking you to mention their names in the reviews, etc. One of our guides also spent a considerable amount of time telling us about how he works 3 jobs, and is trying to save for college, etc. etc. etc. Of course at they end they say tips are appreciated but never expected... right. I don't mind giving a tip at the end of the course but this was kind of a turn-off and it got old.

Tip: No water is provided on the course. Bring some cash if you want to tip your guides.

"Family Friendly Full Day Adventure"

I did the Goliath in 2015 and it was phenomenal, it was a family vacation with my father and his girlfriends family. We had a blast on the exciting, tallest in North America, zip line. The views are spectacular and the trip is not for the faint of heart. Then, yesterday, I took my seven year old son with me. We did the canopy lite tour. It was well priced and the word lite is very misleading, it really was a bonus, instead of two very short bridge walks, you get to take "The Scorpion" to the pick up point. Then you get some wonderful views of an old civil war battlefield and a scenic waterfall. This time around we had Tim and Josh (JLO) as our adventure guides and they were a treat. In the waiting time between riders, Josh was hitting us with witty little smokey mountain jokes. Tim was great with the kids, a very knowledgeable adventure guide and break man. He brought us in smooth every time. This is an amazing park, it has a few hiking trails, a lemonade stand, a barbecue grill and a very family friendly atmosphere. In the summer season, starting in May, they also open up the drop tower, the ropes course, and the rock wall. I was able to try them on my first time out and they come included if you're taking a zip tour. The price for what you get is unbeatable. 10/10 would do again.

"So much fun"

Our family of 5 went and had a blast. Our 14 year old said it was sick “i think that’s good”. Our 12 year old said it was epic. That’s in the same category of cool as sick. Our 8 year old loved every bit of it and was sad when it was done. My wife and I loved seeing our kids loving this outdoor adventure. It was well worth every penny to see them having fun.
