Back by popular demand, the impressive Longhorns make an appearance during the show as the pioneering settlers move west in search of new lands. For most guests, this is the closest they will come to these magnificent animals.

Stampede offers two shows in one – one-of-a-kind pre-show entertainment and a full-scale arena spectacular with a talented cast of performers, costumed servers, singing and dancing, trick riding with an impressive stable of 32 horses, and the spectacular “Roman Ride of Fire!” Guests are expected to bring a hearty appetite with them as they will be served Stampede’s traditional four-course feast.

Innovative new lighting technology brings the main arena backdrop to life and features a stunning tribute to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Please arrive an hour before show time to stroll the beautiful horsewalk, and enjoy the side-splitting comedy and bluegrass and country music of Stampede’s house band during the pre-show.

The Four Course Feast includes:
  • Whole Rotisserie Chicken

  • Hickory Smoked Barbecued Pork Loin

  • Stampede's Original Creamy Vegetable Soup

  • Scrumptious Homemade Biscuit

  • Hot Buttered Corn on the Cob

  • Tasty Herb-basted Potato

  • Stampede's very own Specialty Dessert

  • Unlimited Coca-Cola, tea or coffee

In November and December, Dolly Parton’s Stampede transforms into a holiday celebration including a live Nativity, with three kings atop camels, holiday music, a visit from Santa and a four-course yuletide feast.

Stampede Dinner Attractions operate in two popular vacation destinations: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Branson, Missouri. They also operate Pirates Voyage in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

"Dolly’ Dixie Stampede"
April, 2019 NEW
Have been here a few times before in the past but this time we took 2 of our grandchildren here for their 1st time. Needless to say they were awestruck about the performance and absolutely loved the food. I was impressed as to how the show gets better every time I see it. Also happy to see a soldier’s “surprise” return to her family included with part of the show. Shows what Dolly’s concept is all about...Giving back to others. Can’t wait till our other grandchildren come back with us to see it when they get old enough. We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for over 30 years now and it is always a special place for me and my family. Thank you Dolly!??

The pre-show was amazing! The food was delicious, and the Stampede was fun. It was a bit expensive as we have been to other shows that we enjoyed more, but cost less than this one.

We took our kids to the show ranging in ages of 3-17. They all had a great time. I thought it was entertaining and fun but definitely not something I would want to do without my kids. Food was meh....but really you don't go to the Stampede for the food. Overall, a great experience

This is an iconic show which is a must if visiting the area. Although we did enjoy the show a couple of things I wished I had known before I went. Firstly they tell you to turn up 90 mins before the show for the pre show which is very good, however don't buy a drink unless you want to be ripped off. We brought a small and I mean small coke and ice tea and it was $9!!! When we went through to the show the first thing that hits you is the smell! This is an animal based show and the smell makes it a little difficult to eat the average meal. The show it self is very good im glad I went but will not be going back.

We really enjoyed most of the stampede show and the musical preshow. We would have enjoyed just having the show and more live music. The food was really secondary and not really worth it. We went out to eat again afterwards. The roasted chicken and apple turnover were very good but the rest of the food was cold and over cooked. Only utensil was a fork. Our teen was shocked that he was expected to eat with his hands! Took years to get him there and then we shocked him! Haha. Good family fun!
