This resort is the epitome of luxurious. I have stayed at most of the WDW Resorts as a Florida resident, but this one tops all my other stays. First off, the location. The hotels surrounding each other in the Epcot Resort Area are, in my opinion, the best. I’ve done Wilderness Lodge and Contemporary, and they don’t even begin to top these resorts. Being able to stroll out of your room and into France at the World Showcase is beyond what Magic Kingdom resorts can do. The POOL. Can we talk about this pool? This massive 3 acre wonderland that makes you question if you’re at a water park or just your hotel’s pool. It is massive, insanely themed, and above all? Gorgeous! Come on, it is sand bottomed! The room? Beautiful. I was disappointed that I had requested a King room for my fiancé and I, and still was given two queens. I’m unsure what can be done to assure you get a King, since it was requested well in advance. Still, the room was beautiful. They only had standard views when we booked and I was hesitant since the “standard” at Yacht Club is really unattractive. The standard view here was amazing! A full balcony, a view of the pool. I was happy. The entire resort is a stark contrast from Yacht Club. Expect more light, more magic, and more laughing. I once believed that Yacht would be my “go-to resort” for Staycations and monumental celebrations- but I’ve happily changed it over to Beach Club. The cast members were so friendly, so helpful, and treated us to both an early check in and late check out. We really appreciate them for that, it made the stay even more magical! Thank you all at Beach Club! We can’t wait to be back!

"Enjoyable stay "

This was our first time at the Beach Club and we really enjoyed it overall. Check-in was quick and easy, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and beds very comfortable. Mousekeeping was excellent. We had one issue with a broken toilet but a very pleasant staff member from engineering was there within 30 minutes and fixed it. The hotel grounds are lovely and the surrounding area near the Boardwalk is very fun in the evening. Loved the quick walk to Epcot. Our only real complaint would be the hours at Stormalong Bay being 10am-8pm. This really disappointed us after spending so much hard-earned money for the “best pool in DW”. This really limited the amount of time we could enjoy this feature since that is the time we are in the parks or eating meals. We rushed out of the parks to catch a few minutes of swim and cut a park day short to swim. Also, the waterslide was closed for the majority of our visit which bummed out our kids so we don’t feel we got our money’s worth out of this amenity. Also, some inconsiderate guests were hoarding the lazy river tube floats at their tables, unused, for hours while others who wanted to float around were unable to because none were left to use. We wish the staff would not allow this behavior. I will say that the lifeguards here were quite impressive with their diligence safeguarding the swimmers and their professionalism. Aside from our issues with the pool, we did enjoy our stay a great deal!

"New Year stay"

A lovely hotel. We stayed here over New Year. All the staff we encountered here were all very helpful. The resort was decorated beautifully for the Christmas holidays. This hotel has an amazing pool area. It is also in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk to Epcot and walkable to Hollywood Studios too. The hotel is quite large and finding your way around through all the corridors takes a little time to get the hang of. The room was clean and housekeeping were efficient. I found that the quick service food location could have had a little more choice but I’d happily stay here again although given the choice the Yacht Club next door would be my first choice as I prefer the theming and atmosphere.

"Excellent Hotel"

We visited for 9 nights. Overall everything was fantastic throughout our stay. At check in it did feel like we were rushed through and it turned out we hadn't been set up with or magic bands properly. Everything apart from this was perfect though. Lovely, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the gardens. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good and the separate vanity area was useful for two people getting ready in the mornings. The on site shop had a good range although main meal choices were very limited, mainly flatbreads: but they were very tasty! Closeness to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was a real bonus. We loved our stay and would happily return.

We were going to a Florida wedding and had a 36-hour window (2 nights & a day) to do Disney. Since our teens had not seen Epcot, we chose the Beach Club (just behind Epcot) to make our time-window work. The good news is the location and the outstanding swimming pool. And the room can fit two parents & two teens thanks to two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bad news is the hotel is not deluxe and the price is high even for Disney. Not just the base price but the nickel & diming for every last buck. Does Disney really have to charge $24 per night for parking (not valet) in the hotel parking lot? At check-in, even though I had a printed reservation showing four people, the system had only three names (my older son & I have the same first name), and so they had to add him at the desk as an additional “adult” (he’s 19) and add another charge ($35?) to the room :-( With taxes and add-ons, we paid over $1200 for the hotel - and not in peak season. Add the food, park tickets and souvenirs, and our 36 hours cost us over $2 grand - and that doesn’t include airfare & rental car for our overall trip. All in all, we only recommend the Beach Club if your time schedule leaves you no alternative for visiting Epcot. We paid less for two nicer rooms at the wedding’s hotel a few miles down the road than for one room at the Beach Club.
