Disney's All-Star Music Resort's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. Recreational amenities include a children's pool. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. The property has a complimentary airport shuttle (available 24 hours). Guestrooms
The 1818 air-conditioned guestrooms at Disney's All-Star Music Resort feature safes and hair dryers. Rooms are all accessible via exterior corridors. Bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer phones with voice mail. Also included are irons/ironing boards and clock radios. Guests may request refrigerators and wake-up calls. Housekeeping is available daily.

  • Children 17 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Hotel Policy.
You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

This is the budget Disney resort. That'll make you think that it'd be a standard hotel. It's actually quite sub-par.

The rooms were okay, but a 2 star hotel would be better furnished. The mini fridge was nice, but the room lacked a kettle, microwave, and coffee machine. You can get your coffee down at the cafeteria, but that's a 10 minute walk/6 minute jog away. When you're trying to get a family to an amusement park on time in the morning, this is very inconvenient.

The reception staff were great. They were friendly and set everything up for us quite well. Great experience on our first day. We watched the fireworks from our rooms that night, and we could also see them from one of the swimming pools. We asked for the shuttle timetables, since they offer free service to all Disney theme parks (great!) and to the airport (more on this in a bit), so that we could plan our days.

Things go downhill when you consider the concierge staff. We got a rental car from one of the places near the airport, knowing that the shuttle service would work well when we needed to return the car. We were planning to check out Universal Studios on day 1 and 2, and spend day 3 and 4 at Disney. Returning the car after day 2 was a nightmare; the staff told us that they would only let us get on the shuttle bus if we were checking out! Had to take a taxi back because of this, for about $70. On the day that we were checking out, we planned to be at the airport about 3 hours early. 4 hours before the shuttle to the airport was to leave, we went down and asked when we should board. This time we were told that we wouldn't be allowed on board because we had to preregister. Nowhere was this stated, nor were we ever told. AND we weren't allowed to board a later shuttle (they run twice an hour) because they won't take you to the airport unless you're 4 hours early. After arguing, we gave up and had to take another taxi. Wallet blown for things we need not spend on.

I suppose you can get away with this stuff just cause you're Disney.

Some people seem to have had good experiences here. Good on them. I'm not coming back.

If you are visiting Orlando with family than this is the Resort for you . Good staff very friendly , Food Court good , Nice swimming pool with Disney Characters in centre of pool and life guards on the watch for small children's, Free shuttle service to all disney theme parks, free wifi across the resorts including rooms, One wrist band for access to all parks and your room ( which actually works ) . No complaints highly recommend and i am definitely staying with them next next time too.

The rooms were good sized for two adults and two kids, esp since we weren't really in them much being at the parks most the time. The cleaning staffs attention to detail with using towel/kids blankets to create mickey and other things really was a nice touch, the children loved it. The only real complaint was no microwave. We had leftovers we would have liked to have reheated. Next time we know to get a suite, little bit bigger and has a mini kitchen area. The little food court/cafe area had many choices. We loved the mashed potatoes and gravy. Made a meal out of just those one night. Having the bus transportation to all parks was amazing. Not having to drive or pay for parking SO nice. Overall the hotel was enjoyable, made the first visit for my kids and father a good one. Would definitely stay again at this hotel on another visit

Tip: the walk from the buses/cars to the rooms is a little long might want to have packages bought at parks sent to your rooms to keep from having to carry them :-)

I was a little hesitant to stay here, usually we stay at the moderate resorts, but there was a special I couldn't pass up. The rooms are comfortable, grounds nicely manicured, pools very nice. The staff is super friendly. I would get a preferred room next time due to the distance you have to walk to get to the buses and pool. Otherwise, nothing negative to say. Oh, and if you decide not to have housekeeping clean your room, they give you a gift card for $10.00 a night and you can still request clean towels and linens.

I received an email and text with my room number. I walked into my room. It was an accessible room. I'm glad that this room type is offered by Disney...but...for someone who cares for a parent in a house that has bars in the bathroom and other aids, although some me disagree, but a few days of escapism is often needed and isn’t that what Disney is for? I call for a room change, the cast member's reply was "but it is an upgrade." I explained, I did not ask for an upgrade and I do not want to be in an accessible room. Again, he tells me it is an upgrade and since I am traveling alone, we put you in a kind, and all king rooms are accessible, and again I explained I did not ask for a king, I did not ask for an upgrade, I booked and paid for a standard room. I was told he would see what he could do. Sorry, no, you will get me the room I paid for. Please do not assume a person traveling alone wants an upgrade, wants a king bed or doesn't care what type of room they are in. Finally, I am moved to another room. I left my bags and went out for a few hours. I got back to the room to shower and ready for sleep. I turned down the bed and there was a hair in it. I once again called guest services. The cast member asked if this was my hair. Now lets be real, would I call if it was my hair?! Apparently, my answer wasn't good enough, so she asked if I just checked in. No, but it is the time I turned down the bed. Did that mean, if i checked in later I don't get a clean room? At last, she agreed to send housekeeping. In the meantime, I emailed the hotel manager. After a while, the housekeeping manager called to let me know someone would be there to clean. While waiting, the duty manager came to look and take a picture of the hair. He would like to know what they could do for me, would I like fast passes, and no I would not. He was kind and listened. He credited back the night cost. If this was the end, it wouldn't be a total disaster...maybe get two stars for effort...but it wasn't the end... The next afternoon I was in my room after a morning out. Of course, the room wasn't cleaned, dirty towels still there, messy bed... And funny, a knock on the door, a housekeeping manager was there to inspect the room, make sure it was properly cleaned. Sure come on in, but there is nothing to see, no one came to clean the room. Eventually, he had someone come. And needless to say, the manager never came to inspect the room. That evening, I went for dinner in the hotel's food court. I ordered fish, there was bacon under it. I don't eat bacon, or any meat for that matter. I brought it back, a manager type, saw me and came right over, he gave it back to be thrown away and told the chef to make another without bacon. She told the cook to make one without bacon. This didn't make him happy, as he loudly and obnoxiously said, "now I have to start over." I got the new plate. Sat down, moved the fish over, there was bacon. I brought it right back, and the manager asked if there was something I wanted. Well, not for someone that a doesn't eat meat or the awful plant based meat, no there is nothing there to eat. And please, that is not pizza. I left for another hotel for dinner. And emailed the same address as the night before. That night's duty manager called. He talked to the chef in the kitchen and can't understand how this happened. Easy, the cook was annoyed, he didn't clean the pan, period, either by laziness or spitefulness. I asked the manager what would have happened if I had a bacon allergy? He said talk to the chef...I DID! At that point I said I'm done talking there is no point. I have had it with explaining why I'm not at fault for your poor services. Again, do I want fast passes to make up for this. NO I DO NOT! So he credited me 20 dollars for the walk to the other hotel and mentioned someone about cashing out. The day before check out, I got back to my room and needless to say no housekeeping. I saw the cart in the room next door that morning, but for whatever reason, didn't make up my room. I could not believe I was calling for service again. It took about an hour, but someone finally came. Finally, it was time to pack and end this miserable stay. I went to check out and ask about the credit. If I hadn’t asked, their credit would never have paid out. You would believe you would get a credit to the credit card they now keep on file during your trip, they don’t unless you use the card while there. I didn’t. You can't make this stuff up! Just don’t stay here.!

First a great big thank you for Tori and Joshua at check in. They were very patient with the crowds and visitors that don't know how to read or ask for directions. Check in would have gone smoother except for visitors that got on the "Checked in online" because it was shorter, but they didn't check in online. Next if you did get a cheaper rate it is the standard room rate which for Disney means the back buildings. The front buildings are for premium visitors. Remember no more loyalty, rather "the old mighty buck buys you convenience." Remember, they now add parking fees on top of your hotel rate, so if your bill is larger than expected, that might be where to look. Last thing is go eat outside the park and resorts. One bottle of water $3.50. I bought a case for $3.98 at Walmart just 4 miles away. The bus service was always prompt and on time. Now they are not. I think it's because they are trying to push the new pay for service, similar the Lyft called "Minnie Van". At least they gave us an option not to have room service and gave us a $10 credit. The crowds just keep getting worse and the services are starting to lack. The parks were always clean. Now there is trash seen as you walk through the parks and while on the lines within the ride buildings. It feels dirty. At least the employees seem happy. Example of food cost at food Court. 2 slices of pizza and a salad $12.00, but if you get a pie and salad it is $18.00. Believe me it is not very good pizza, Digorno is better. Have a magical day.

This is a value resort. Very clean and comfortable. We like to stay at the All Star Resorts because they are a great place to stay with kids. Very kid oriented and friendly. The staff is always ready and willing to help and with a smile on their faces. We will be staying at the All Star movies in May 2019
