"The narrated self-guided tour was great"

Audio narrated headset was worth the $7. Very informative, and it’s nice to be able to look at exhibits at your own pace. Although the USS Arizona Memorial is still closed for repairs, the boat ride around it was very nice. Don’t forget to book in advance.

"History well presented "

A tragic and awful part of history peacefully presented. Well worth visiting to learn, the unknown facts and real stories of the people that went through the terrifying event. Booked audio tour on line for a specific time slot out to the Arizona Memorial, the rest of the Memorial you can view at leisure. Taxi from Ilikai Waikiki to Pearl Harbor about US48 non peak. Submarine and Battle Ship tickets can be purchased on the day at the Centre.

Pearl Harbor, as a whole was incredible! When you read online to allow 5-12 hours to see everything, it's not much of an exaggeration. There is a ton to see and incredible history to be learned! Different than school books :D

"A Look At History"

My family and I enjoyed our visit to Valor in the Pacific at Pearl Harbor today. I was able to get online and reserve tickets for the Arizona Memorial the day before. The tickets were free but there was a $1 charge each for reserving online. It was worth the money to know that we had a ticket waiting for us. Once we were there, we watched the movie beforehand which was full of info regarding what caused the attack on Pearl Harbor. The only negative thing I can say is that we were unable to go onto the memorial because it is closed due to structural damage. They hope to have it fixed this year some time but couldn’t say when.

"Great Experience & Memorial"

Pearl Harbor is a must-see museum and experience in Hawaii. Great audio tour and museum about the attack on Pearl Harbor, plus solid tours of the USS Bowfin, USS Missouri and an aircraft museum at Ford Field. Tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial go early, so reserve in advance. This is a tour that is best done yourself to get the full experience, don't go with a tour company.
