"Oldy Moldy UCK!"
December, 2018
As part of an entertainment package we expected a lot better. This hotel is in drastic need of up dating along with it's neighboring area. Very run down dilapidated buildings. Very poor value for the price we paid.

"Outdated and Didn't Live Up to Expectations"
November, 2018
This place is poorly signed, so finding it at night required a phone call (Google maps didn't help). The checkin guy was a little off-putting when I said we had a hard time finding the hotel, which is across the street from the check-in office. The "breakfast" eggs tasted like the powdered egg mix kind, which was also disappointed. Wifi was so-so. If I was to return, I'd choose a different hotel.

Is clean but old. Needs to be updated. Can't beat the balcony overlooking the River though. Had a fine time there but likely to choose a different hotel next time.

"Great choice"
October, 2018
Great hotel in a great location! The hotel was very clean and had a very kind from desk staff. The hotel was always cleaned from the day before and the balcony was lovely! My husband and I loved feeding the ducks, geese, and pigeons every day! You could tell it was an older hotel, but that shouldn’t stop you from picking this great, great priced hotel!

Tip: The breakfast is great but limited gluten free options. The layout is a little odd in the hotel room and the bathroom is very small.

"Perfect place to stay"
October, 2018
Creekstone Inn is a perfect place to stay while getting away to the smokies. Not only was I satisfied with the cleanliness and kindness of employees, but being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the flow of the creek was very relaxing. I recommend this Inn to anyone visting the smoky mountains! :)

"A nice and quiet stay"
September, 2018
My girlfriend and I had a very pleasant stay this September. We where glad we added an extra night, so we could enjoy all the beautiful things around Pigeon Forge, like the Smoky's and Dollywood. Our room was bigger than we expected and it was also very clean. The view on the river from the balcony was a nice extra.

"Pleasant family experience"

My family of 4 traveled to Creekston Inn. Myself, husband, daughter and son. The room layout was wonderful for our family because the girls had a side and the boys had a side. It might not work for some family's traveling but we enjoyed the separation and privacy that it offered. We loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The parking was easy and the Inn was pretty secluded from the busy / crowded Pigeon Forge.

The rooms was clean and the services was great!! Really enjoyed my stay with them! Will definitely use this hotel again! Next time will probably take the kids I'm sure they will have a blast and plus it is right on the creek! I loved hearing the sound of the creek and drinking coffee on the balcony. It was a very peacefully place.

Creekstone Inn will definitely be top of our list to stay again. We were in the second building near campground overlooking the river. Room was very clean and roomy. It was so clean I wasn’t concerned about my toddler playing on the floor or taking a bath in tub. We loved the layout where the bathroom was in between the two beds which gave each couple privacy. The balcony view of the river was nice as well. Noise from other rooms was minimal. Has an elevator which was nice since we were on the forth floor. Breakfast was great! If you are in the second building, you will have to drive to office for breakfast. A little inconvenient but not that big of deal. Not your updated luxury room but all that you need. Checkin staff was courteous and housekeeping was great! We look forward to our next stay here.

Very much enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. With my mom being older it was nice to see her being able to get around easily. And the Ducks were the highlight of her stay. Infact I had to make two trips to the store for bread!
