"Great for the price"
November, 2018
Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. My family stayed 2 night for Disney and had a pleasant experience. The only issue I had was that the AC unit was old and was in an awkward location (it blew on the side of the bed and I couldn't adjust it, as if the bed was in the way of the air flow). I would recommend to others to stay here and I will stay here again for our next trip.

"Awesome place to stay"

Although it's not walking distance to either parks this is a great place. Our room was ordinary but had a fridge and microwave. We didn't spend anytime there so it didn't matter just needed to sleep! Good location only a $10 uber to the parks. Or they have shuttle that goes twice to Disney and once to universal everyday. Staff was friendly. Hot Breakfast was decent.

The check in we pretty easy. I have always stayed at country inn and suites no matter when I travel, what makes this one different is they have this huge breakfast buffet, we were there for 2 nights and they did it each morning, please bring your own snacks and drinks for the night, the little store they have at the hotel is pricey. there is a store 3 mins away.the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping services are outstanding!

Tip: Don't take the shuttle to Universal, yes it is free but they make about 4 stops at different hotels, call a taxi to take you, it's under $10

The hotel is nice up until you reach the elevator. Once the doors open for the elevator you are greeted by an old musty carpet and a strong unpleasant smell. The room in which you will be staying in has a dusty and stained carpet (who knows when it was last cleaned). The beds are uncomfortable and dirty with stains on the pillows and sheets (there were also make-up stains on my pillow. This tells me that house keeping didn’t replace the pillow cover). The room and bathroom were dimly lit. Good luck taking a shower if you want hot water. It will take atleast forty minutes for the water to heat to a comfortable level. Most hotels in Orlando at this price range offer comforts in their room that this one lacked such as usb charging ports, modern televisions, and most importantly clean beds.

"Don’t judge a hotel by its exterior!"

I have stayed at County Inns in the past and was pleased with the condition of the room and the cleanliness. When we pulled up to this one after a long day at the parks I felt pretty pleased with myself for the good deal on what looked liked a freshly painted hotel. The breakfast area was updated as well but that’s about it. The carpets in the hallways were in desperate need of replacing or at least shampooing. When we got into our room we were greeted by the smell of dirty feet. We were tired and in desperate need of a shower and sleep so we didn’t bother complaining. The breakfast in the morning was standard but the dining area wasn’t exactly maintained during the breakfast rush. Long story short: there are much better options in the area that probably smell better.

First off, the staff here is absolutely wonderful. They helped me find a hospital for my sick son and were so kind when he threw up all over the lobby. However, that was the only positive. We stayed for one night before we were supposed to fly out early am. When we walked into our room it smelled like mildew. The carpet was damp and the ac smelled like it was mildewy. When I went to dry my hands in the bathroom I was disgusted to find that the hand towel I grabbed had toothpaste all over it. When I took a shower in the morning there was a crack in the ceiling that was leaking water from above and dripping on me. The ceiling vent was also dripping water all over the dry towels and toilet. This room (504) should not be used for guests to stay in. If I wasn’t exhausted from being at the hospital all night and dealing with rearranging flights and my sick kiddo I would have complained, I just wanted to get out of there. I travel a lot and rarely do reviews so me being compelled to do one should say something. A+ for staff and F for rooms.
