The room was very clean, the beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation and the bathroom was huge! It was very conveniently located to several places to eat.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool/hot tub great. Only complaint is that the electronic keys did not want to work very often and seemed to easily erase. Make sure u have two keys just in case. Will definitely use this hotel again!

"Great place to stay!"
June, 2018
We stayed at the Comfort Inn while in town to visit Dollywood. We made reservation through Reseve Direct so we had a quick check in with no problems and the front desk people were very friendly. After we were in our room we received a call from the front desk checking to see if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Our favorite thing was each room had its own balcony and we enjoyed sitting out each morning enjoying the morning breeze and the Mountain View. We were in building B on the backside, I think we had a better view than from the frontside. A full breakfast was available in the morning, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, waffles it was a good choice and it all came with your room. We were very pleased and right in the center of all the entertainment. Across the street from Dixie Stampede and we drove down the street and rode the trolley to Dollywood. The trolley has free parking and cost fifty cents to ride. You have to pay to park at Dollywood. Comfort Inn has an indoor pool or you can use the outdoor pool shared with the other motel next door. A perfect place to stay. I was really worried booking online but it was great and so was Reserve Direct Pigeon Forge.

"First Vacation!"
March, 2016
This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their complimentary breakfast and coffee was just what we needed while on vacation. It's always nice to have a good, warm sit down meal included in the price of your room. We stayed in a family sweet and it fit my husband, myself and our 6 children comfortably. We would definitely come back again. Also, the room was very clean and the linens were as well.

We go to Pigeon Forge at least once (usually more) per year. Everything is clean and family friendly. The Comfort Inn is in a great location ! We have stayed in several other hotels but really liked the room size here - our family suite was perfect for us ! We will definitely try to stay here again.

"GREAT STAFF, great location, good breakfast, quiet room"

I found the ladies at the front desk to be exceptionally pleasant. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was appetizing. Location is on the mail street, and front desk gave me a map showing how centrally located we were. If I was returning, I would certainly book here again.

We were in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee during spring break without a reservation. We knew that we wanted a good motel in a good location, but how much were we willing to pay. After a short search, we decided to try Comfort Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane. Thank goodness we did. We were able to get a great room at a reasonable price. The great breakfast was a plus. All we could say was, "Excellent Value".

"Nice hotel but they are short handed!!!"

I have stayed at this property before and it's very nice. However, this time around, it was obvious they are severely short staffed. Housekeeping was about non-existent. There was a perpetual line of people always at the front desk. I guess good help is hard to come by in the area and I was pretty much told that at the front desk. The hot breakfast though is very good!

"Excellent Front Desk Staff!"

Stayed here for a couple nights in March. There was a line to check in, but the ladies were doing their best with a slow computer system. They kept apolgizing and keeping us in line informed of the progress. The hotel is smoke-free, which is a plus! Our room was spacious and clean. Plenty of clean towels and very clean bathroom. The bed was ok, but was older. We did not use the indoor pool, but a lot of families were there having fun. The breakfast room was spacious and the first morning had a good breakfast. The next mornig there was hardly any food! Breakfast was to last until 10am, and by 8:45am there were no eggs. The sausage and bisquit pans were empty and clean, so you knew they weren't going to be filled. The waffle batter was empty, and after a while someone did fill them, but we were done by that point. There were no bagels, and no yogurt. I had a peanut butter sandwich and a cup of coffee. Not the breakfast they promote. The breakfast was the least of our problems, but still something that was frustrating. Have the Front Desk Ladies handle the breakfast room and you'd have a winner!

I wasn't sure about this place when my wife told me she made reservations. I immediately went to trip advisor and started weeding through reviews. We for there on Saturday night for one night and the lobby was packed. Good sign or bad? Apparently it was good. The place was booked solid, but so was everything else. I overheard one lady state this was the 24th place she tried to get a room. She had no luck here either. The front staff were very friendly and very nice. They constantly apologized repeatedly. It was not their fault, they were working diligently. One of the staff had only been there for a few weeks. The room was very nice, clean and appears to have been well kept. No mildew in the corners of the tub, no moisture spots anywhere. All the furniture was in good shape, nothing broken worn out or stained. The carpet appears to be clean (still not a fan of carpet in hotels) the water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but again the hotel was completely booked. The room had two queens and a pull out sofa. Plenty of towels and all of the complementary coffees and such. The breakfast area was big enough, the choices were definitely leaning towards the continental breakfast side. If you are in a hurry or have a large group it will get you through till lunch maybe. With all of the breakfast choices in pigeon forge, skip the hotel breakfast and get some good food elsewhere. The breakfast staff was rude. All other employees I encountered were very nice. The pool area was clean and sufficient. I didn't see an outdoor pool. There is another hotel next to this on, from the street it almost appears as if they are the same. Driving by I would have probably skipped this place based on confusing the neighbor motel as part of this one. I will definitely stay here again if I was in the area. Very pleased, very pleased. 1. Don't confuse this place with the shabby neighbor 2. Skip the breakfast *One thing I found odd is that you cannot access the main lobby from the ground floor that I found. You have to go outside to gain access to the main lobby. I did not explore any other floors. Would stay again.
