The room was very clean, the beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in while on vacation and the bathroom was huge! It was very conveniently located to several places to eat.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool/hot tub great. Only complaint is that the electronic keys did not want to work very often and seemed to easily erase. Make sure u have two keys just in case. Will definitely use this hotel again!

"Great place to stay!"
June, 2018
We stayed at the Comfort Inn while in town to visit Dollywood. We made reservation through Reseve Direct so we had a quick check in with no problems and the front desk people were very friendly. After we were in our room we received a call from the front desk checking to see if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Our favorite thing was each room had its own balcony and we enjoyed sitting out each morning enjoying the morning breeze and the Mountain View. We were in building B on the backside, I think we had a better view than from the frontside. A full breakfast was available in the morning, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, waffles it was a good choice and it all came with your room. We were very pleased and right in the center of all the entertainment. Across the street from Dixie Stampede and we drove down the street and rode the trolley to Dollywood. The trolley has free parking and cost fifty cents to ride. You have to pay to park at Dollywood. Comfort Inn has an indoor pool or you can use the outdoor pool shared with the other motel next door. A perfect place to stay. I was really worried booking online but it was great and so was Reserve Direct Pigeon Forge.

"First Vacation!"
March, 2016
This was a great hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their complimentary breakfast and coffee was just what we needed while on vacation. It's always nice to have a good, warm sit down meal included in the price of your room. We stayed in a family sweet and it fit my husband, myself and our 6 children comfortably. We would definitely come back again. Also, the room was very clean and the linens were as well.

We have stayed in several other hotels but really liked the room size here - our family suite was perfect for us ! We will definitely try to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The property and our room was very clean. It was a good size room and bathroom and came with jacuzzi tub. Great location, near everything. Their breakfast wasn't the best but it was free although with them being next door to Denny's and walking distance from Shoney's and cracker barrel the breakfast was a none factor. I've stayed at other properties in Pigeon Forge and this is one of the best.

We moved someone down in TN and stayed here at this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean to my approval and I'm very picky when it comes to hotels. Very close to restaurants where you could walk if you wanted to.

We checked in very late but Regina was very helpful and even brought us an extra pillow. The room was spacious and the pull out couch was perfect for our 5th traveler. We were rushed to check out due to staying up late. In our rush, we left a couple of items. The hotel was very helpful in getting our items back to us! We will definitely be staying here again.

The Good: Over the past 20+ years, we have stayed at several different hotels in the Pigeon Forge area. After our recent stay here, I would have to list this one as being among the best. It is a fairly large location, with at least “A” and “B” buildings, and the parking lots were pretty well full. Also it is pretty well centrally-located to many shopping destinations and attractions, being right across the road from Dollywood Lane. (At the Gatlinburg-end of the main drag). And their sister hotel,Quality Inn, is right next door. No outside noise noted, at all, from our room. It is close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg Golf Course, Patriot Park, The Island, and numerous restaurants and shopping destinations. I think it is about 3 miles away from Tanger Outlets at Five Oaks. Denny’s is right next door, and also close are Texas Roadhouse, Shoney’s, Capt Jim’s Seafood Buffet, Pizza Hut, NAO Japanese Grill, and several fast food places. Our family stayed in adjacent rooms on the 3rd floor…I think it was room 7324 and 7326 (definitely ended in “24” and “26”). Our room (#24) was large and comfortable, with two queen-sized beds…the bed slept very nicely! Rooms also had a small balcony with chairs, but we didn’t use them due to the weather….and, in all honesty, ours didn’t offer much of a view, anyway. (No smoking in rooms or on balconies.) And I think there was also a decent fitness center there. The rooms, hallways, and entire location was clean and well-kept. Our bathroom and shower were very clean….I despise a dirty or run-down bathroom! I didn’t really notice how many security cameras they had, but did appreciate the fact that one has to use their room card/key card to gain access through the outer doors of buildings. They have a hot tub and indoor pool, and both were receiving a lot of use, as it was chilly and rainy outside, but we did not visit either. Reasonable selection of TV channels, including 1 HBO. They have a larger breakfast room than most other places we’ve stayed that offered free breakfast for guests (I think their hours were 7AM-10AM), and the selection was very good. The powdered eggs were actually pretty tasty, and the sausage patties were quite good. Biscuits appeared to perhaps even be homemade, and were very good, as was the gravy. They also had fruits, yogurt, waffles (appeared to be blueberry), 3 different kinds of cold cereal (raisin bran, fruit loops, and one other), instant oatmeal, danishes, several kinds of little breakfast muffins, orange and apple juice, milk, coffee, and likely some other items that I am forgetting. It was more impressive than most, for sure. I can’t comment on room rates, as we stayed on rewards points. We arrived between 9-10PM, and there was no wait. The Rest: The ‘layout’ of the hotel might be a bit challenging for some, but they do provide you with a map. Guests in the hallway on our floor were pretty loud, and quite a few slamming doors, up until at least midnight. Even with the exhaust fan in our bathroom turned on for ‘background noise’ it was still notable. This was definitely the worst part of our stay. The carpet in the one stairwell that I used was in need of replacement. Not saying that it was dirty, but it looked as if it were due to age and staining. Not a big deal, but I did notice this. The in-room, one cup coffee maker did exactly that: it made one cup of coffee, then refused to work again….not that the coffee in the room was worth making/waiting for. (The coffee at breakfast was notably better!) We would definitely stay here again, and can recommend it to others!

We loved everything about this hotel. My husband said it was the friendliest check-in he had ever encountered. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was convenient for our itinerary. The breakfast was good each morning of our stay. We definitely will stay at this hotel on our next visit.
