"Horrible"
May, 2018
Horrible! Went to check in at 7pm and room wasn't ready was told by the guy that looked like some 19yr old kid with a rubber duck tie at the desk that house keeping left early and he'd have to go clean the room. So right before he hands us the key cards rubs the back of his hand across his nose while holding the cards. (That's so disgusting ) Then we come back at 8pm go to the room and there was trash, alcohol bottles everywhere beds not made towels in floor. We go and complain at the desk and we're told oh we told you the wrong room. Then the ice cream maker ,waffle maker and coffee machine are all broken. Which when you go to eat you have to go to a different building. This "hotel" more like crappie motel sucked. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommended this place to anyone.

"Great stay!"
August, 2016
We enjoyed our first stay at the Camden. Our king room was very clean and quiet with a nice balcony to sit out on. We loved the convenient location to the Tanger Outlet, a short walk if you want to do so. It was also within walking distance to several shows/attractions/restaurants. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the cobbler/cookies, ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate each evening. Coffee is always available in the main lobby, as well. It does have separate buildings you have to go to, but it really wasn't a problem for us. I can see, during bad weather, where it could be. Parking is not the best. But we would definitely stay there again. The Branson Best hotels have always been great for us.

"Best kept secret"
October, 2015
My family stayed in this hotel for one night because another place wasn't availible. We are so happy we did. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located. They also serve cookies and cobbler in the dinning room every night. We will definitely stay there from now on. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the pool was only 3ft all the way across. But we still enjoyed having an indoor pool.

"Spring break weekend"
March, 2015
the staff is very friendly and they have good breakfast and evening desserts. The pool is nice And is 3ft all around. The rooms are ok, they don't have a refrigerator or microwave inside but very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. My only complaint is that the parking is limited and everything is in seperate buildings. Where you go to check in that's one building and that has some rooms in it, which is where we stayed, then you have to go to another building for the breakfast and a different one for the pool. They should have made everything in one big building.

This hotel was very clean! I appreciated this most. The complimentary breakfast was run by only one person and the hotel was FULL. They ran out of all food two days but within 30 min, the one VERY HARD WORKING employee had it restocked. Poor thing-she ensured much criticism and complaints! But she kept running. In my opinion, management should have been there to help her if employees had called in! Our final day there, they had 2 employees working breakfast. Employees grumbled frequently amongst themselves, mainly the topics were management related, but were ALWAYS VERY KIND to every customer.

Highly recommend! From shopping to entertainment we rarely went more than 1.5 miles. Friendliest staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was always hot and fresh with longer hours in case you wanted to sleep in a little. The dessert bar at night kept my kids happy.

I really wanted to like this place and maybe my expectations were high after all the glowing reviews. There is a lot that is right about this hotel. All the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Modern rooms, great location. Where things went south for me was in the housekeeping. The room was clean for the most part, with the glaring exception of a pubic hair in the bathtub. A few other issues were more minor, but annoying, like a dirty coffee cup left in between clean cups by the little in-room coffee maker, the box of tissues had one issue in it, and was not replaced for us the next day. Also, some of the towels were pretty shabby, one even had a huge tear in it. Not horrible things, but annoying and disconcerting. The breakfast was good in theory, but the coffee was cold, the hot food was not hot, and the ice cream machine was out of order for our whole stay. I feel like with just a little more attention to detail, this place would have lived up to the good reviews I saw here also. I think we'll probably try a different place for our next stay.

Great deal, clean room, moderately-updated decor & very friendly customer service! We were happy we found a hotel room at the Camden Hotel & Conference Center a close walking distance from the Tanger outlet mall and Krispy Creme donuts. It is close enough to the main strip to enjoy but far enough to avoid the most congested part. Our stay included a free, delicious hot breakfast with real eggs (unlike our last hotel), waffles, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juices, coffee, cappuccino and Krispy Creme donuts. In the evening, they set out yummy hot cobbler & icecream from 9-11pm. All of the staff was super helpful, attentive and friendly. Vanessa helped us find the show we wanted for half price. Even when problems did occur, they took care of them quickly. Our toilet was clogged when we got there but the gentleman at the front desk hurried to fix the problem immediately and was very friendly. Their ice cream machine broke so the next night they made sure to buy a large tub of ice cream to go with the cobbler. The coffee, cappuccino and ice water were always stocked in the lobby so you can get it anytime of the day. The pool & area around it looked nice and clean and water felt warm. The only thing I really wish the hotel also had is a fitness center with at least a treadmill, elliptical, and a few weights. There are at least sidewalks to walk & run on in a safe area around the hotel. Other than that, it was the perfect place to stay for the affordable price and we would stay again.
