Loved all the animals with on hands experience. Didn’t like that the animal/bird food was so expensive. People food was expensive too. Reserve direct tickets were great and easy.

"Unhappy employees"

Park wasn’t bad but was a Power outage that last like an hour, then a couple more issues with the rides that prolongase our line 120min. When our group ask employees for help they were really rude and helpless

"Amazing Visit to Busch Garden!!!"
October, 2018
I purchased the tickets using reservedirect.com and it was awesome. I'm from PR and was visiting some friends from Jacksonville, Fl. They wanted to take us to Busch Garden, so looking in the internet I found this amazing website called reserved direct. The tickets were cheaper than the other web pages!! We immediately reserve them and in less than 1 min we had the tickets in our email. It was fast and very easy. When we got to the park we didn't had any problems. We had a great time together!! I will never forget this trip!! I loved meeting the kangaroos, that's why I took a selfie, that's an experience you will enjoy in the park. I definitely recommend this website and for sure will buy the tickets from reservedirect.com!!

We have an annual pass and visit the park regularly. The animal exhibits are great and so are the roller coasters and other rides. The train ride through the Serengeti is always fun. Two new roller coasters are being added to the park.

I have an annual pass and it is so worth it! I enjoy the beauty of the park and excellent ongoing entertainment. I visit almost weekly and it is always changing. It seems I notice something new every week! My hobby is photography and there is always something interesting to photograph. If I don't bring my camera, I usually regret it. I enjoy the special entertainments immensely. This is a great place to visit as an individual or family! Plenty to entertain everyone! I recommend purchasing the annual passes (several choices available on monthly installments), as parking is including.

We are Florida residents. I personally have not been to Busch Gardens since the year 2000 and the rest of my family never. We have been season pass holders at Disney in the past Seaworld and currently Universal season pass holders. We were able to get Busch Gardens annual passes for $60 pp during their Black Friday special so I thought...why not? Traveling to the park this past weekend was myself, my husband and 7 year old daughter. For what we paid I guess the park is adequate but by no means does it come anywhere near Disney Parks or Universal. Both my husband and myself thought the park was dirty and not kept up well. There were people smoking EVERYWHERE! The park was crowded and the lines for the rides...LONG! If we go again we will definitely purchase the Quick Que passes. There was a concert going on but no organization as to keeping pathways open so you could walk safely in the out. In fact I did not see much employee presence throughout the park. There did not seem to be the organization/crowd control that I have noticed at Disney and Universal.

I went there to have the greatest moments. It's the perfect place to go with your family! I've been there during the week and there wasn't huge waiting lines. Even for the most popular rollercoasters we haven't waited more than 15 minutes. Probably the main difference between this park and other important Disney's where you end up missing great part of time waiting. You'll find for the kids: animals (from flamingos to elephants), huge tree houses, rollercoasters, and all the regular attractions that make them go crazy! For adults: the wildest rollercoasters, drinks and happiness. Plenty of attractions for kids and adults, it's a must go place!

"Do the Serengeti Safari"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed March 24, 2019 NEW
I've been lucky enough to go to Busch Gardens many times over the years so obviously I went again on this visit to Florida. Personally I don't find there is a huge amount to do/see there if you don't like roller coasters (I don't) and I miss the old Rhino Rally, but it's worth going just to do the Serengeti Safari and see the giraffes. This was my second time and luckily there weren't so many of us on the truck so I got some great photos and got to feed the giraffes several times. You see other animals as well but the giraffes are the highlight. I went on the aerial tram - good way to cool down - and the train and also went to see Eaglemania who were playing in the theatre there and they were very good. I enjoyed my day and no doubt I will be back again next time I visit the US.
