We requested the room to be cleaned from 8:30am on. Room was never cleaned. Called at 10:00pm and they apologized and I asked for towels and after 15 minutes I canceled the request to go to sleep. Not very happy with the service. Also the hallways with room service food trays stayed for days. This is not a pretty sight as you walk back and forth to your room.

Best stay I have in Vegas. It was beautiful and fun. Food was expensive and was not that good. I am talking the Buffet. It was almost 80.00 for the both of us and the food was not good. Otherwise the rest of our stay was awesome.

The Aria was nice it was on my list of places to try I can't say I would select it again. The room was a nice size and everything was clean and comfortable but there was no real flair for me. They have some nice restaurants and the service was good.

"Unfriendly Staff"
TripAdvisor user rating 3 out of 5

Staffs at their check-in and guest service desk were not at all friendly nor helpful. Guest room was clean but some amenities were missing when we arrived the first day. And the light wasn’t working in our bathroom. Which it should be checked before releasing the room to customers. Rideshare at this hotel is not well planned. Be aware. Only one lane for cars to come through, rideshares have to take off the minute they arrive. The security would rush you off if you weren’t ready. Overall, not a hotel that is designed for guests to enjoy their stay.

"Checkin process not so great"

Traveled in a party of 10. Stood in line for about 20 minutes when we were instruction to go to the kiosk and check in there. What we didn’t know was when you use the kiosk you are unable to make any requests .( I was traveling with my elderly parents and wanted them on the same floor. The staff was unapologetic to my issue and the line had doubled since I got out and went to the kiosk . When the staff was not interested in my concerns I asked to speak to the manager and I pretty much got the same response . The property is beautiful, but the food/ bars/ cafes are VERY expensive. The room fridge is fully stocked and is charged automatically to your room if you take it out of their spot for more than 60 seconds. A can of soda is $12.75 ( yes, that is NOT a typo ) and a large bottle of Fiji water is $21.75! You are required to show you room card to get the elevators ( nice to have security) but they should consider whom they put on the job. For the 4!days we were there , 1 of the guards was friendly.
