Reserve Direct Further Broadens Integrations with Addition of Tour & Activity Channel Manager, Rezdy

Partnership Provides 2-Way Connectivity for Tour Operators

St. Louis, Missouri – June 15, 2017 – Reserve Direct, Inc., announces its full integration with Rezdy, the world’s leading B2B online distribution and reservation platform provider.  The integration permits Reserve Direct and Rezdy’s “like” operators to dynamically manage their Reserve Direct account through content, rates, and inventory provided through Rezdy.  This connectivity reduces management time for Reserve Direct operators while providing customers with more accurate and timely reservation paths.

The two companies cater to tour and activity markets and share clients in many of Reserve Direct’s North American destinations, including Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York City, to name a few.  Where Rezdy provides reservation management in a B2B environment, Reserve Direct provides vacationers a B2C booking engine for planning and securing reservations in 16 U.S. markets.

Reserve Direct Integrates with Gateway Ticketing Systems Platform, Galaxy Connect

Featuring Direct-to-Gate Reservation Fulfillment

St. Louis, Missouri – June 6, 2017 – Reserve Direct, Inc., a destination-specific, vacation planning and booking service showcasing more than 700 shows, attractions, theme parks, amusements, activities and tours across 15 popular U.S. markets, today deployed final integration with Galaxy Connect™, an innovative technology offered by Gateway Ticketing Systems®. This cloud-based platform streamlines the reservation path for travel suppliers by dynamically managing availability, delivering bookings and ticket redemption.  At the same time, consumers benefit from instant and reliable confirmation, as well as direct-to-gate e-tickets.

“With our continued expansion into new markets, we discovered more and more attractions using Gateway solutions,” stated John Johnson, President of Reserve Direct.  “We have successfully worked with Gateway products for a number of years and we are excited to be a part of their new cloud-based integration solution.”

Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Gateway has developed and provided ticketing solution software in the attractions segment for nearly 30 years.  These solutions include onsite and online ticketing, admission control, retail and food & beverage sales, and customer relationship management, among many other related services.   Last year, Gateway launched its  cloud-based platform, Galaxy Connect, which enables attractions to more effectively contract and distribute its tickets to third-party resellers, such as Reserve Direct.
