This cloud-based platform streamlines the reservation path for travel suppliers by dynamically managing availability, delivering bookings and ticket redemption.  At the same time, consumers benefit from instant and reliable confirmation, as well as direct-to-gate e-tickets.

Reserve Direct Expands Hotel Connectivity Via Sabre Synxis Integration

Sabre, a leading hospitality solutions provider to over 35,000 hotels worldwide, offers its Synxis services in various bundles to hotels to manage anything from central reservations, channel management, and distribution to property management and call center services as well as hotel website booking engines.  The cloud-based, SaaS (software as a service) solution allows hoteliers to connect with multiple channels such as Global Distribution Services, Online Travel Agencies, and call centers, using a simple interface for less-labor intensive channel management.  Of the 35,000 hotels, Sabre boasts that over 125 franchises use their services to manage reservations.

Reserve Direct Hires Market Manager for Greater Los Angeles Area

With the launch of its newest market, Reserve Los Angeles, Reserve Direct has hired industry veteran Abby Samler to manage its market growth in that region.  A longtime resident of Southern California, Samler joins Reserve Direct after spending the past decade with Orbitz, the online air and hotel booking engine.  Together, Samler and Reserve Direct seek to introduce and provide travel suppliers with new, innovative sources of revenue.

Samler will hold the role of Market Manager for the Greater Los Angeles region to include Anaheim, Buena Park, Los Angeles and Hollywood.  Her objectives will focus on product acquisition (hotels, entertainment, tours, activities, and attractions), account management, and selling Reserve Direct’s packaging white label services, which allow travel brands to feature hotel inclusive packages on their own websites.  Additionally, she will act as a liaison between the destination itself and the Reserve Direct marketing, customer service and administrative staff.

Reserve Direct Updates Brand Strategy Featuring New Logo, Social Effort

St. Louis, Missouri – September 12, 2016 – Reserve Direct, LLC., providing travelers with tickets to theme parks, shows, tours, activities and attractions as well as hotels for specific U.S. destinations, today announced its branding update and new logo. In addition to refreshing their 13 destination and corporate websites, the Company’s social media program plans to leverage the updated branding to increase their overall following. Together, the brand and tagline connect Reserve Direct with their growing list of customers and destinations.

In September of 2015, Reserve Direct engaged New York-based CBX Inc., a branding agency that links customer need with branding strategies. The project included research and focus groups of Reserve Direct customers, travel suppliers and employees. The result was the creation of a new company logo (below left) and three main messaging points that crystalize the value of using Reserve Direct:

  1. Reserve Direct makes it easy to research, plan and book destination travel.
  2. Staff share their own travel experiences, so customers get inside information and travel tips.
  3. Packaging activities with hotels creates savings, allowing customers to discover and do more.

Focusing on Reserve Direct’s value to customers evolved into a tagline with mass-market appeal—Discover More.In April 2016, the Company began implementing their updated messaging in social media. In June 2016, the Company soft-launched their new logo. Following the new social strategy and updated logo, the Company’s new branding produced significant increases in followers and engagements across all social media channels including; Twitter ↑543%, Instagram ↑329%, Pinterest ↑126% and LinkedIn ↑75%. New followers are also making their way to Reserve Direct’s websites, which increased 11% in overall traffic from June 1st to August 31st, 2016.

Specifically, FareHarbor clients access a platform to price their activities, schedule times, properly allocate staff and equipment, manage availability of activities and tours and, most importantly, access a plug-in for their customers to book tickets directly on travel supplier websites. Since its launch in 2013, FareHarbor’s software has been used to book tours in the U.S. and internationally. Reserve Direct Launches Reserve Chicago

– Travel and Tourism Supplier Engagements Triple in the First Month
– Chicago’s 50+ Million Visitors a Year is a Top Three Traveled City in the US

On February 14, 2016 Reserve Direct enabled Reserve Chicago to promote and facilitate travel and tourism to Chicago. Over the course of two months, Reserve Chicago has been collaborating with  travel and tourism suppliers to develop extensive content on popular Chicago attractions including Skydeck Chicago, 360 Chicago, sightseeing tours, museums, Broadway shows, and hotels available throughout the ‘Windy City’. Different than other destination-travel websites, the tourism activities and attractions featured on the site can be reviewed, ticketed and booked directly on the Reserve Chicago website. Reserve Chicago’s roster of participating travel and tourism suppliers have increased three-fold since the end of April and each is actively providing information and content to Reserve Chicago to attract visitors and vacationers.

On May 1, 2016 the site was formally launched and promoted. Since its launch, www.reservedirect.com has successfully converted 5.0% of visitors to the site to Reserve Direct customers who have booked their Chicago itineraries through Reserve Chicago. Reserve Direct Credits Enhanced ‘UX’ with 50% Increase in Revenues in the First Quarter of 2016

Visitor Conversion Rates Increase 22% Year-over-Year and Produce an 81% Increase in Orders

St. Louis, Missouri – May 2, 2016 – Reserve Direct, LLC. (“Reserve Direct” or the “Company”), providing travelers access to ticketed events, attractions, shows and hotels in specific travel destinations, today announced the Company has recorded an approximate 50% increase in sales revenue for its first quarter, ended March 31, 2016. Revenue growth was attributed to its enhanced user experience (UX) through placement of destination-travel content, website design, and streamlined processing speeds. These factors are also credited with increased visitor conversion rates and orders processed on Reserve Direct’s destination travel websites during the quarter.

In June 2015, Reserve Direct’s management team included consumer usability and behavior testing as a part of its website development process. The Company’s commitment to ongoing conversion rate optimization provides constant split testing and usability studies, which serves as the framework to improve content placement, meet user intent, and boost processing speeds of their proprietary booking engine.

In September 2015, the implementation of the Reserve Direct’s back-end coding and front-end user interface updates began producing increased visitor conversion rates. For the three-month period ended March 31, 2016, the Company recorded a 22% year-over-year increase in visitor conversion rates and an 81% increase in captured orders. Reserve Direct processed 10,755 more orders in the first quarter of 2016 versus the same period prior year.
