This is a must. The best way to experience Niagara Falls. I was there on an overcast day so it was a bit foggy, but it was still gorgeous. Warning, you do get super wet as the boat goes into the middle of horseshoe falls. The wind and spray were pretty intense and may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I LOVED it. Wish the speakers were a bit louder so I could hear the facts better, but it doesn’t loose points for that. Highly recommend it!

Took my small children on their first Hornblower boat ride to the falls. We went early morning. The lines weren't too bad. As we were boarding every body was in a hurry to get on the boat to get their prime spot. I let a few people cut in front of me because they were in such a hurry and disregard for my young children. I boarded the boat with my 2 young children and another foreign tourist of Asian decent was too busy pushing everyone out of the way and ran right over my child that was standing right in front of me and close to me. I told her hey watch what your doing you just bulldozed over my kid. She looked at me and didn't say anything. I don't think she understood any English but she got the message and seemed to be sorry. And then she left. She literally ran over my kid. That really made me upset. Just a lot of rude people it seems these days at Niagara Falls. Just pointing out the facts but it seems to me that there are a lot of foreign tourists who don't have any manners and don't care. It's all about them. This makes me not to want to go back every again. It's really bad. I had another incident at the Journey behind the falls with what was I assume a tour bus of non english speaking tourists from I assume India. Just plain rude.

Experience the grandeur of the Falls up close from this amazing boat tour. Long lines but with 3 boats and efficient operation there was minimal to no wait to get on board. We got our tickets from a computer kiosk nearby with no waiting either. The boat goes to the horseshoe falls and hangs in there for a few minutes. During this time you’d feel under heavy rain from the mist. If it gets overwhelming, you can go inside to the glass box area and watch from the inside. We enjoyed being outside though, and they give you plastic poncho so you won’t get wet.

The Hornblower was well organized. Bought my ticket from a kiosk and just got in line. Went straight on the boat and went upstairs. They give you red rain jackets on the way and then you wait for the boat to fill up. Once it does it gives you a great up close view of the US falls with a taped guide giving you information over a speaker. It then goes into the middle of horse show falls where you will get wet. Turns and comes back to the dock. Great to get up close and see everything. Lasts about 10-15 min total.

We don’t have one bad thing to say. I was spectacular in every way. Getting on and off the boat is easy. Try to get on the top up front of the boat.
